@@christopherchartier3017I can never see what I'm aiming at with Mavericks. Also It takes so much to spawn in them. My su25 spawns in no time and has great zoom.
@@Takemura76 While the zoom on the Kh-29’s are good, I like taking out mavericks and using them along with a targeting pod. I tried it on the dev server with the F-16C and oh boy is it fun
That first shot is a shot to hit the needle in the hay stack.
When I'm bored I'll fly the test drive and lock the KH25 on the plane's flying to shoot them down. It's pretty funny. Never tried it in a live game though. Not usually alive long enough.

What flare set up should I have on my helicopters so they don't run out so fast? It seems when I have a missile launched at me the flares/chaff is gone in mere seconds. It never ran out that fast before.

Since they reworked all the missile flight animations, the Kh-25 look so pretty now. I always liked them in DCS with their twin smoke trail.
Yeah, when I tried DCS for the first (and only LoL) time and saw Kh-25 I said I hope they make it like this in WT. Also I love the sound of missiles launches in DCS, it is so satisfying.
@@Hunter_i86 Missile launches are such a immersive thing in DCS, as if you're in the cockpit when one of those boomsticks goes off the rail. Those mighty Kh-29 are great, the *thump* sound when they fall off and then the deep rumble when they ignite
Hey Hunter, i don’t think I’ve seen a video with you using toss bombing using the CCRP yet. I think it would be interesting to see how effective that can be compared to the usual bombing methods.
Sadly Gaijin killed the whole idea of CCRP bombing when they made CCIP bomb sight unrealistically shown from 3rd person view even when climbing at 70 degrees.

Think you forgot something Hunter, you forgot the Vikhrs X 16 😋 That would have or could have been another 16 kills. Good video 👍 But you get some real good air time when you are up there. That IRCM jammer that can disrupt air-to-air missiles I haven't seen it actually work yet in a video but people say it does actually work sometimes.

i really never liked vikhrs, mainly when i use them in DCS. i always go for Kh-25 and some rockets, or bombs since soviet CCRP is simple and fun. love the vid, that first shot was satisfying

Does the kh 29T have a self homing feature? I see you breaking lock on but the missle still hits.
Kh-29T is TV-guided, meaning you just designate a visible target and the missile locks onto it. Good for stationary targets like SPAA's, but it loses lock the moment they hide behind anything.

Hello, it is just night vision device .. and its weight is more than 200kg, not useful now because night battles are disabled by Gaijin temporarily.

At night
fire multiple missiles with 3 seconds between each then guide them to the spotted targets.

Type in "jettison" in the search bar for air controls.
Otherwise the whole thing is called "Jettison Secondary Weapon" when you have the particular weapon selected.

@@Hunter_i86 Epic :) wondering because I know that Odd likes low tier every now and again, so I wanna recommend him a video on the F3F and TBD since they're so underrated.
He's made a video that featured a lot of F3F content and a little bit of the TBD a few years back
If he decides to do it, he can check the TBD video for that briefing I wrote and my primary piece of advice would be:
"Play it not like a bomber, but like a strike aircraft that has a bomb sight and more bombs than average.
Like a playstyle halfway between Hunter's one, and Howtoplay1357's playstyle."
