These two men put on quite a show. From all over the court making impossible shots.
Although Lorenzo lost the match, he behaved in a friendly manner, what a Gentleman. 🇮🇹🇮🇹
Remember that Time when Rafa got Mad at Lorenzo for delaying his Gutteral Hitting Sound so had to give him a Talking to up at the Net 😮😂
@@sylvestervoigt9836not the same Lorenzo anymore. A better version now
Someone had to lose, but it's the way you lose that matters.
@@sylvestervoigt9836remember djocock smashing hundreds of racquets and taking medical timeouts and 15 mins bathroom breaks to break opponents momentum since he started his career? Wait 36 years old and still doing the same 😂

What a beautiful match👏. Both players displaying incredible skills and friendliness. This is how tennis should be played. Looked very much like an exhibition match.
I know that every competition couldn’t be like this but I love this kind of match that they look really enjoying the game and respect each other. It makes me smile and peaceful 🖤💛🖤💛
The sportmanship from these two was incredible. I love Alcaraz, but Sonego impressed me with his composure and attitude on the court tonight.
That was one of the best matches I’ve ever seen! The shots were outrageously good from both sides
I loved watching this. This is what tennis is all about! It’s why I follow the game. Honestly I felt emotional watching Alcaraz and Sonego play. Maximum competitiveness, courage and daring to pull off the greatest shots and plays all while having fun and respecting each other. This sport is never just about winning, it’s how you get there that really counts. What a joy!
Lorenzo and Carlitos are both class acts.
Class acts. I love when athletes respect each other❤❤❤
Best match of the AO so far - awesome shots, class and sportsmanship from both throughout. The vibes were there
This is the most beautiful match I’ve seen in this Aussie Open 🤩🙌🏽
Alcaraz is a dawg!
6:52 wauw!! Alcaraz is so exciting!
What a shotmaker and competitor!
Lorenzo got game and fire as well!
These guys are great up and comings!
Sonego is really fun to watch. I like that he celebrates good plays
That tweener from mid court from Sonego is amazing skill..
how enjoyable is that to watch a battle of two noble athletes. what a perfomance, they push the boundres of what is possible...
Sonego really played well...
Alcaraz is back!! He’s enjoying himself again, running for everything, going for that forehand again. I think that break at the end of last season did him wonders and I hope Alcaraz is back for vengeance in 2024 🥳
What we really need to understand here is that Carlitos Alcaraz is not just going to be the multi-time champion of this generation, but with the attitude he has, he is going to be the face of Tennis for the times to come. He will take this sport to levels never seen before. I'm not even talking about his technical prowess. That's a different ball game.
He’s got a lot of competition.
@@cicerodiello1 He does he does. He’s not perfect by any means, but he definitely has IT in him to represent this sport on a global stage. By the way, I’m a Sinner fan. Lol
Incredible match. I feel like Sonego has a good showing in majors pretty consistently. Even though it’s only the second round, he’s playing one of the favorites, got a set, and forced another to a tiebreak. Good work from him
SONEGO is a rising star in tennis..
Magia mediterránea por parte de los dos!
Kudos to their sportsmanship. Both treated each other with respect throughout the game and it was a treat to watch. Onwards!
The future of Tennis is in good hands!
6:30 to be able to do this while playing in PRO tournament against a Grand Slam winner is nuts
He didn’t do it out of showmanship though. Alcaraz’s shot clipped the net cord, which caused Sonego to overrun it because the ball came slower, so he improvised a tweener just to get a shot in play instead of having to rush backwards around it for a forehand that he probably would’ve missed.
and winning the point 💀
Where is Sonego's absolutely bullet forehand winner? 210 kilometers per hour. Genuinely unsure ive ever seen a forehand quicker and the way he hit it was also absurd and so difficult...
Wow Carlos/Sinner is fire and so is Carlos/Sonego! This is amazing!!!
Been a true joy to watch Carlos career from day 1 to now🎉
Wow, that was a very entertaining match - such skill and sportsmanship from both players! This is why we watch!!!
Great shot and sportsmanship by both players.
IMO atm Carlos has the best all around game going. Hope he will go far!
What a great match by these 2! Loved the sportsmanship both showed. And this is only the 2nd round! LETS GOOO
Love, love, love to see this sort of camaraderie between two players. Lots of miles in this rivalry to come...
Wow Sonego was impressive.
Definitely the best match of the tournament. Congrats to both players 👏
Gracias por el deportivismo demostrado por ambos
Fun to watch , lorenzo fought hard, good win carlos.
What a match. Those shots from Alcaraz around the net are like something from anime.
2 awesome players, great show of tennis and sportsmanship.
Awesome match. Great competition and respect from both players.
Sonego played much better than I've seen him play in the past. Hopefully he continues to play this elevated level of tennis going forward.
The camaraderie that Alcaraz displays with his opponents as exemplified here at 5:40, is one of the things that endear him to his fans (at least to me). Even though recently I've come to think of Sinner as more capable of winning against big opponents compared to Alcaraz, I like the spirit Alcaraz displays on the court.
Incredible match from both
Two insane around-the-net shots in the same match.
My estimation of Sonego boosted in this match. His rank could move up.
One of the best matches in the history of my existence
Bravo Lorenzooooo!!!! Sei un grande!!!!❤🇮🇹
What a great game! I really enjoyed the sportmanship of these guys!

Maybe the greatest two consecutive points of all time
Rafa and Roger passing shots in wimbledon 2008
The most entertaining match of the year so far 👏 Pro tennis should be as such. Not really banal, but highly exciting 😮
Alcaraz is Federer's successor, he always tries to finish points quickly by not allowing the opponent to settle. His net game is the best after Federer, only serve is his weakness
Great match . Carlitos an absolute delight 🎉❤
Sonego plays the top players very well. He doesn’t seem scared of anyone. I remember he beat Novak 6-2 6-1 a couple years ago. I feel like he should be in the top 30 at least, but maybe he’s had injuries?
Sonego enters quite often beast mode with top 10-20 players but lacks consistency with lower ranked. I'm sure he will find the magic week sometime and win a master 1000.
What a cool match to watch, good manners from both
I see quite a few people saying Alcaraz is arrogant. Pure haters. How do you watch a match like this and not think he's a great sportsman who loves playing tennis? Some people just live to find faults in others. Alacaraz is a class act.
It's getting Better and Better and Be Better and better and better to the eth degree...❤😂🎉
What a show this two put together!!!!
Just magnificent tennis.
what a show man, so entertaining to watch.
Que cracks total humildad de ambos.
Alcaraz's attitude is the cherry on top of what could put his elite skill & talent at the very tip top of the heap of all times. Novac's one negative throughout his career was he was never really "win the crowd". So even though his numbers put him in 1st place all time many still prefer Federer or nadal as the best as they factor in "winning the crowd". Its similar to the Jordan over Labron effect.
THIS is a TennisGAME!
I like that Carlos is looking for opportunities to get to the net. Some good opportunities to end the point sooner.
Damn this looked like an entertaining one
These guys are just amazing. Totally an entertaining match. Lots of oohs and aahs.😮
Lorenzo lost the match but he looks like calm cool and mature guy during the whole match,,,, on the other hand some aged grand slam champions breaks the rackets when thy lost a point.... Lorenzo young and cool....
Bravo lo stesso Lorenzo!!!!!
Carlos has to improve second serves returns. Good match of both!
Djokovic should better retire

Such a great game
The point of the minute 7 is ohhh amazing🎉
Wonderful game from both of them!
I think Alcaraz is the only player who can Djocovic life diificutlt for 25th GS.
What a match!
RIP Rune vs Djokovic in the finals, Alcaraz still the favourite if he can build on this level, he's the only solid threat apart from Medvedev and Sinner.
What a match !!
Amazing match truly top class
Great and spectacular match
Now that is what I call a highlight reel.
What a match
Dear AO, please don't give spoiler in the thumbnail. Its more fun to watch without knowing who has won.
Ohhh man this match has some outstanding points from both the players ❤
Carlos Alcaraz legend
Has anyone tried the V9’s I’ve played with blades my whole life but they’ve been so bad recently. Is it actually better?
The kid is AMAZING!!
Brilliants top players
What a good match
This is a very tough for a second round match
Whata Spanish player ❤
Vamos!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Fantastic!
Superb...!
VAMOS ALCARAZ
Fun match. Suggestion to editor: Just show one point per set and replay it 20 times from every conceivable angle and speed. You're almost there anyway.
Splendid performance to ZHENG.
You might not be pulling for Lorenzo, but I just don't see how you can pull against him either. He's the type of player the ATP should be pushing and promoting. That's the tennis player kids need to see.
What a match🙌 not an Easy win for Charlie at all, even if he played at his levels, but sonego played a great match too
'that will go down as the shot of the say' only for him to better it
Alcaraz ... The Champion..
