Nalbandian had the greatest 2 handed backhand I’ve ever seen and maybe the greatest returner of serve along with Agassi Shocking he never won slams Sooo much talent!
No. Both Nalbandian and Hewitt are killing the ball here. Sure there's topspin hitting, which slows the ball down. Players todays can hit harder and flatter on occasion, but they miss more too. What's your point? IMO these guys were ripping the hide off the ball.
Increible David y Lleyton, gran partido!.
I dont feel this match like a "very old" match, but its crazy to think that Alcaraz was 7 yrs old and Sinner 9, when this was played. It doesnt seem THAT long ago.
@@TheRafaelBond 🤣🤣🤣 Both these players in their prime could beat the big-3. As next gen I am referring to players like Tsitsipas, Rublev, etc, prior to when Sinner and Alcaraz matured as players (i.e. before 2023).
One of the very few players that Federer did not like playing. David nalbandian. Federer had an 11 to 8 h2h against him. But federer had always had an annoying hard time against nalbandian for some reason.
I'll always feel like this game kinda ruined what could've been a deep Nalbandian push in Australia 2011. He retired exhausted against Berankis in the next round, but could've been a nightmare for Ferrer on hardcourt on third round, and then he's just one 21-year-old Milos Raonic away from quarters against Rafa, who completely folded against Ferrer.
One of the best matches ever.
The Rey David pure talent ❤❤❤❤
The level of this match is incredible. Both players were awesome = man I miss Nalbandian 💪🇦🇷👍
Desde Argentina Crack, enorme David Nalbandian 😮😊😊😊❤❤❤
darn, Nalbandian definitely deserved a week or two at World NO.1 back in those days...
And a slam or two
He didn't train very much, in fact we was usually overweight.
@@berdi4berdi4sobrepeso??
Specially after 2007@@berdi4berdi4
players today hit it harder but the quality of shot making and tennis IQ in this match is something you rarely find today
Nalbandian had the greatest 2 handed backhand I’ve ever seen and maybe the greatest returner of serve along with Agassi
Shocking he never won slams
Sooo much talent!
You are totally right✌🏻
Because the courts are much slower now. Back then you couldn't get away with a big swing

End the match with a globo hit , is for legends 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
These guys would dominate the current next gen.
lmao, both were washed here and lacked firepower big time, especially Hewitt.

God Hewitt is soooo quick but Nalbandian is NOT at level of 2007 Madrid. This court is also much slower but Nalbandian at his best was unbeatable

What a match this was! Any point could go either ways literally every single point!! 🎉
Nalbadian had a super talent. Only he lacked fast serves.
pff what a match dude
Hell of a match!
What great fighters!
Enjoyed this
TENIA TODO EL TALENTO PARA MI EL MEJOR

Hewitt m'y favorite player
He's a douchebag and nobody likes him
Jugadorazo David
Tremendo
Their last fire.
Lleyton’s wife😂
Fonseca will win 20 grand slam
He has potential!
Hewitt amargo y mala leche!
Amargo? justamente amargo no era...
