Johnny hates jazz one of my all time favorite groups and turn back the clock is just one of the best albums ever in my collection had it on vinyl back in the day now have the remastered 3 disc cd 30th anniversary still sounds great
Great interview girls, I get what he was saying about the late 80's manufactured music to a degree but on the same coin in 1987-89 you still had many artists/bands that were not that were still making great music with singles/albums like: The Cure, The The, The Cult, Big Country, Level 42, Deacon Blue, Wet Wet Wet, Suzanne Vega, Alison Moyet, Erasure, Depeche Mod, Duran Duran, The Mission, Sade, Sting, Kate Bush, Peter Gabriel, Genesis, Mike and the Mechanics, The Sisters of Mercy, Echo + the Bunnymen, etc Would love for you to do a interview with the great Peter Gabriel???? 🙏🏻
@@Choose80s Exactly, so I don't think that was a good excuse/reason to leave the music bizz! But he didn't leave in 1988 as he did a solo album in The Netherlands in 1989! Peter Gabriel is such an icon, so maybe 2025 then???? 🤞🏻😊
