Fantastic video for these SW Motech Dry bags and THE ONLY video that shows how to properly attach/use them! I just returned from the EICMA show in Milan, one of the reason I went there was to see those bags and guess what ? The people at SW had only one bag which was just thrown over the OEM racks on a BMW GS! They had some beautiful woman walking around with no clue!!! So, now that I found your video I am convinced that they are the bags I need. Thank you again for that great "video review"! Cheers
I have a 1200 explorer, And I plan to keep my medicines and protein powder in this bag, I’m worried that medicines will melt because of the radiator and engine heat.. any thoughts?
Yes I do, after riding in the rain, sand gets between the bags and the crashbars and scratch it I would recommend wrapping the crashbar with something.
I am very happy with versys, the only thing I did not like was the OEM windscreen which I immediately replaced with givi. If I ever change the bike, it will definitely be a newer version of versys.😉
@@MotoAndy Thanks Andy what did you not like about the OEM screen may I ask. Haven't test ridden one yet, hope too in the next week a 2020 1000SE model
I have check videos & videos of THIS model på bags, would you give me your word of them should I get them I like that they are 8 liters instead of 5 from givi should I buy them
Hallo MotoAndy. Why did you change motorbike? From Yamaha Tracer to Kawasaki Versys... Weren’t you happy with the Tracer? Do you think Versys is a lot better than Tracer? Thanks for your videos! 😉
I was very happy but my ass not really :-) .Tracer is very FUN bike to ride but unfortunately not comfortable for longer rides, I needed a comfortable bike for longer trips and Versys works perfectly.

Super film. Super presentation.
Question for you: do you find these bags keep some of the wind off of your legs?
Yes a little bit

hi Andy, did you have any scratches from the bags at the crash bars after a while ?
Yes I do, after riding in the rain, sand gets between the bags and the crashbars and scratch it I would recommend wrapping the crashbar with something.
@@MotoAndy thx for the advise
I am curious: what is this yellow thing on the left side of motorcycle below central box mount?
Dzięki ;-)

The more I'm researching the Versys as my next bike the more I think it will be. Is there anything you dislike about the Versys.

A lot of buffering, it was just too small, I don't know how it is on new SE model, but I heard it's not bad
@@MotoAndy Yeah I think they may have changed it on the 2019 model with the vent which helps with negative air pressure.
dat kleine zakje aan de zeikant van je versys welk zakje is dat ziet er nog handig uit.

I'm happy with it, good quality, looks nice on the bike, very handy, of you should buy them it's up to you.
What engine shield are they mounted on?
Will they also fit the GIVI shield?
SW-motech,
You pack like my 6 year old!!!! LOL
good job !

Do they affect fuel efficiency much?
I didn't notice any changes in fuel consumption
Brrrr nervewrecking music
