I live in Canada and I stayed up to watch the full coverage of the coronation. You were one of the highlights for me.

The PM we never had ....so far !
My Dad was in the Royal Navy and lived in Portsmouth too. He travelled down from the NE of Scotland and travelled the world. He died when I was 18 years old and II loved all the stories he told me about his travels.
A great life! And great to hear you loved his stories - and you still remember him fondly.
You were my choice in the Party Leader (and PM) contest, but my vote was denied by MP"s skulduggery at Westminster. So much for democracy! You were, and still are, the best choice for party leader, and light years ahead of Truss and Sunak! You say you watched us depart for the Falklands as a small girl - I was on one of those ships - thank you for remembering 👍

To my surprise i had a comprehensive answer from her in days , and signed by her , not a secretary
I supported her in the leadership elections
We differ on opinions regarding ECHR, but she is a fantastic Member Of Parliament , I'm happy she is my MP

Maybe she should communicate with Andrew Bridgen in a more mature way. Doing herself no favours just spewing out disparaging remarks. To me he is highlighting a serious issue but she is trying to discredit and slander him personally .
I've seen vaccine injuries with my own eye, she said it was Russian propaganda, she's ridiculous and one of the bad ones I'm afraid.
Agreed, that is a truer indication of who she really is. She is either hopelessly naive, bought and paid for, or a double agent.

Penny is a true English woman, and she should be the prime minister.
I look at this lady and i see truth honesty and dedication with labour i see a burned out morris minor.
I was as deeply conflicted by her role in the ceremony as I was when I saw Gillian Anderson play Mrs Thatcher, and for the same reasons. Both Thatcher's and Mordaunt's politics trigger a deep-seated revulsion within me, for which I can forgive Ms Anderson, as she was only acting, but I can't forgive myself for my trousers bursting into flames at the sight of Ms. Mordaunt at the Coronation today. What a perfect vision.

Penny Mordaunt is only one of a handful of Tory MPs I can actually listen to. She comes over as a very pleasant, confident speaker with compassion and intelligence and is able to give an apology when it is right to do so. Oh how I wish she would replace that vile man leading the labour party.
