I love this cover! The original captured the sadness of being in the bush and the depression that comes from being isolated from family. This version captures the part of that “same man” sung about in the original but this version embodies the mission and the courage of that said individual. It lets you know he had a purpose to fulfill and faces it bravely with this cover!

Wow I really dig this!! Love the guitars tone and I really like the less emotional voice (not saying its bad) its different, just like a more chill vibe
Now as far as the instrumental harmonies of this one go, I gotta say I dig this one more in terms of that. The guitars, drums, bass and what have you go way harder than the original, and I really like that. The only thing I think could use improvement are the vocals. Not that they’re bad, they definitely shine during those haunting humming portions, but I feel they can sound rougher I’ll say. This cover just doesn’t quite have the same raw vocal power that the original had. But the humming parts are dead on. However everything else besides that is awesome so bravo 👏
