Love your designs, and I'm a Patreon supporter. I think you have a mistake on the FM modulation input - you have it summing into the exponential input. If you want linear FM, the datasheet has it going through the potentiometer, then a 1uF cap and a 499K resistor, into pin 12 which is the LIN FREQ input.

LFOにしてもSYNCが効くのはすごくいいですね。シンクして毎回同じタイミングでビブラートさせたい場合とか。
あと個人的に面倒くさいなぁと思ってた電源周りは勉強になります。
