Thanks this video is so needed since Halloween is coming. I just can’t decide if I should get dark brown eyeliner or black for anime character. I’m afraid what if black looks so bald when taking photo with flash light. I’m a guy beginner and my first time attending Halloween event.
what they said! ❤️ If you apply on the upper waterline it should tie in the liner together regardless of the color but the brown is definitely easier to fix

Get brown, and a pencil. Or a brown eyeshadow and a flat eyeliner brush. They're easier to clean up if you make a mistake.
