~ This Album ~
The tenth album done for the project here, Piano Collections: Final Fantasy IX is quite near to the best among the series. It has shown improvement and evolution in almost every aspect since the album before it, VIII. I really hope Louis Leerink could return in some future Piano Collections - or will there be? No news for almost two years, while there are a couple of games could made with. Besides this album has my most preferred duration - 55 minutes for 14 tracks, not anywhere over or under.
Resolution: around 1275 x 1754
~ About the Project ~
There are many people here who do play the piano. To these people, these piano arrangements then doesn't only worth at listening to, but also reading the score. At least for me, I enjoy reading the score while listening to them very much. I can look at what's exactly going on in the music.
Since there is no one doing the scrolling score presentation of the Final Fantasy Piano Collections / Opera series, I'm taking this project then. More coming soon!

Hey, where did you get the book from?
Dali, the Frontier Village is my favourite. 😍🎹
Shiro Hamaguchi is the best arranger for Uematsu's music period. Wish they would hire him for more albums. He ushered in the "golden era" of Final Fantasy arrangements.
Thank you very much for this series. I have been looking for high quality and original source of these albums and luckily I found your channel. These albums have brought me to my beautiful childhood memories.
だり村めっちゃ好きなんやけど。
amazing project. and I just discovered it. you celebrate music with the effort in doing this. thanks.

Big Erik Satie energy in Bran Bal

Final Battle!
Where can I buy the music?
Big spanish influence on FFIX OST.
It's interesting that you say this album shows improvement and evolution over VIII. The thing is, I can see what you mean, there has been an evolution, but personally I consider VIII to be just as good. In fact, I like VII, VIII and IX Piano Collections almost equally, I think they're all fantastic.
Buffoon1980 I agree, many songs of the old are amazing. Music after the 2000's have not been so good, but i see a change in that with everything as 2014 left and 2015 arrived. It appears people are letting their true selves out and amazing things are definitely happening!!! ^_^. I almost feel as if a shift is happening :D creativity such as this is coming back, taking us to new worlds. Crescendo \^_^/
Music in final fantasy will never get as good as it's been in the past. Meaning FF1 and up to around FF13. Due to one single reason, and that reason being the great Nobuo Uematsu.
While I do believe that Uematsu is one of the greatest musical geniuses of all time, I still think FF has some incredibly awesome non-Uematsu music. XIII has some brilliant music, and Uematsu did almost none of that. XIV also has a lot of fantastic music that wasn't written by him.
@@DodderingOldMan Agreed. Masashi Hamauzu is an underrated genius. I loved his work in X and XIII. I don't think enough people know of his brilliant work in SaGa Frontier 2.
@@moisescorral8297 Can't forget Naoshi Mizuda and all the amazing work he did in FFXI.
I want to buy the Dali Village sheet in PDF

Anyone know where I can get the sheet music? I've tried Googling, but got nothing.
+CerpinTaxt11 download Downloadhelper Addon for Firefox and you can download any youtube video easily :)
Pretty much any torrent with the collections also has the sheets in PDF. Also, most of the websites with FF MIDIs has the sheets as well.
They can be easily found on Amazon legally
@@nathanielscreativecollecti6392 Do you know of a link where they can be found? I haven't had luck with amazon

Daguerro 😱
Honestly, I don't like Leerink's performance of Unfulfilled Feelings. The tempo is way too varying, and in a way that feels awkward and uncertain rather than an intentional stylistic choice.

😂 final battle coda: (Palm of Hand)
You know it's a good arrangement when
@@Fuchsia_tude To be honest I got super curious how it's written in sheet music after I've listened to it several times before discovering this video. I'm not a pianist but I have some basic musical understanding, and this PALM OF HAND was a "oh yea, that's actually accurate" moment. 😂 I was wondering if these were actual "chords" written down or t was left for artist's interpretation to play it as they see fit, but it turned out to be pretty straightforward. Even I could play it tbh xD
