I have a question, how to import groundwater level geometry from dxf file?

Is it possible to represent an ice load with a flow level in plaxis 2D? Or wich could be a better option?

I have drawn the structure of the dam and define the materials but in the calculation phase it shows errors like nearly singular stiffness matrix, soil body seems collapse …I have seen tutorials and reference manuals but unable to run the program...please help me🥲🥲🥲
