Great video Aaron. Neat to see a manifold taken apart and learn how to troubleshoot some common issues on valve manifolds.

    Sir same valve i used
I this gang valve during running condition air drop problem found is there possible in this gang valve ??? Like some vlave by pass or mixd air ??? I give 7 kg of air pressure but when I connect this gang valve then it comes down 5.5kg. and also I checked all pnu cylinder which line in this smc valve. ...but no leakage found like 1.5kg pressure drops....!!!!! Any solution for it?

If it is leaking out of the exhaust port it is most likely one of a few things.
The first we see commonly on manifolds that are ported from both ends is that the pressure on one end is connected to the exhaust port instead of the pressure port.
The second is sometimes people don't realize in configurations where it is ported from both ends (D&U side) that there is a pressure connection at the opposite end as well. This can sometimes be perceived as a leak in exhaust.
In some cases one of the valve spools is stuck in a crossover position. In these cases sometimes shifting the valve with the manual overrides or energizing the coil will solve the problem. If this doesn't correct the problem will need to determine leaking valve and repair or replace.
Lastly, it could be low air pressure supplied on the P port (less than 40 psi if memory serves me correctly). This can cause the valve to only partially shift. If using low pressure supply you have to use an externally piloted manifold that receives it's pilot supply from a separate high pressure source.
