Hello everyone!! I do not usually comment on RUclips videos, but I must say! I've been doing this work out for a month. I did it for two weeks, loved the results. I then added a resistance band for one week. Then I doubled the work out w/ the resistant band for the last week. Now I'm here!! I love the results and definitely recommend that you give it a try! Remember to try to add to the work out at your own pace. Train the same stay the same! Best of luck!

Actually, I was doing this training for two weeks (6 days a week) as an addition to my routine trainings (3-4 days a week) and I must say that this challenge didn't really worked for me. My body is already fit and all, my gluts are looking fine but I decided to start this challenge as I wanted to improve how they look a little. The only thing I improved was the strength of my muscles, nothing more. So it's not waisted time for sure but I was expecting more just as the description promises. Maybe it's a diet, maybe it's personal issue - who knows. I just wanted you to know that these types of challenges might work, but they don't have to.

I didn't think that this workout would really work.Day 1,day 2 and day 3 are super hard ,but later it will seem very easier. I will not stop doing this and hipe that the results will be amazing . Everybody has to remember that nobody’s body is the same so don’t beat yourself up if your not seeing results as fast as someone else just keep working hard you’ll get results

I’ve been doing this exercise for about 2 weeks now with some rest days and some extra donkey kicks and fire hydrants and when I tell you this works it really does!!! I’ve noticed that my butt has become plumper and even my friends have said that it looks bigger, I’d definitely give this workout a try because it legit works

It works! I have been doing them for the past two weeks. Ima keep it real I do not do all those sets and number of donkey kicks, I exercise until I feel the pain and I missed a couple of days but my butt has gotten bigger and rounder!! I’m gonna start taking pictures to show my results because Ik what it feels like not to believe the comments.
Thank you, Ivana! There are definite results. I've done this on and off for a two weeks, maybe 3 times a week (can't do it on consecutive days, too sore!) and I put on nearly 2cm round the booty. I've tried a number of other videos, but this is by far the most "focused" and activated I feel my glutes.
actually no photoshop. it is clearly shown that she just bend a little and push her lower body backwards. but my intention was to see how is the exercises. that's it. it's quite good actually. definitely will keep going to do it everyday. good luck everyone.😁✌️
I´m 4 months post knee surgery and finally got into exercising again. This did burn, did hurt, I did need more breaks, but I did it!!! Gonna do it again tommorow and the next day and the next and so on. Never give up folks, go thicken your butts!

if this is effective to you and wanna keep growing your glutes, you can still doing it, and you can obviously add more workouts! btw it also depends of your body, cause for example if i stop with my workouts, my glutes will be the same as before.. hope this helped you x
Amazing results! Woop woop! Great progress hun 💕 you can keep doing this workout for couple more weeks and then I would recommend to change it up with different challenges. For muscle to grow you want constantly keep it under stress, so make it harder for yourself after some time 🥰💕
Hi everyone, I will do this workout for a month, alternating one day of workout and on day of rest. I am starting being 103 cm. If I am able to stick to it, I will update with the results. My background: I am not a very fit person, but my weight is ok and I am overall healthy. In the last 7 months I have started working out at home and have seen some results. Day 1: done, felt pretty sore. 103 cm Day 2: rest Day 3: done, also felt pretty sore Day 4: rest Day 5: I have done a short workout which included squats and lunges but I skipped this booty workout because my glutes are still sore. So I will do that tomorrow Day 6: done, it was a little easier than the first times. I measure myself again today and I am up 1 cm! I am at 104 cm now. Day 7: rest Day 8: done, still pretty hard!! My glutes are so sore. I am at 104 cm, and I really feel that my glutes are under pressure with this workout so I am very satisfied. Day 9: rest Day 10: rest again because I was a bit sick Day 11: done. I feel like the muscles have done some progress and the exercises are a bit less hard Day 12: done. I feel sore! I'm at 104,5 cm Day 13: rest Day 14: done. I see improvements in the shape of the booty. I'm almost at 105 cm Day 15: rest Day 16: done Day 17: rest Hi all I'm on day 18. I did this workout and I can tell you, you will feel very sore the next day. It’s one of the most focused butt exercise that doesn’t involve much movement. I rather be near the ground most of the workout then be doing crazy movements which don’t make me focus on the muscle I’m working on.
So when I tried this workout the first time I was honestly close to dying.. But now, only after three days, it feels so much easier and the time went by pretty fast! I love it! Keep going everyone! ❤️

I did this workout for 2 weeks, I can feel it's gotten easier for me. I see some difference but nowhere near the thumbnail lol I also did a 5min glute activation before this workout and then 3min of bouncing squats afterwards (that's a killer)

You actually should not do this everyday, giving your glutes a break for a day is what helps it grow. Also eat protein, protein helps build muscles and that’s what your doing growing muscle. And make sure your eating the right calories a day.

@@catherinepineda9240 im not the person you asked but I can help. You have to do glute workouts 3 or 4 times a week maxium. If u wanna gain weight don’t do cardio. About diet, you have to eat a lot of protein and carbs. Some examples are eggs, meat, chicken, potatoes, avocado, rice, beans, bananas, peanut butter, milk, etc

i'm starting this tomorrow! i only do butt workouts on monday and friday since tuesday and thursday are my cardio days so i'll leave my actual thoughts each day here so you can get an idea of how effective it is in my routine. i'm going to do a glute activation before doing this too! it's super crucial to take rest days for your muscles which is why wednesday is my no workout day and then i do butt workouts every other day. for my personal preference, i like using booty bands/resistance bands so i'll be adding 25 pulsing squats and 15 kick backs on each leg! see y'all tomorrow w my day 1 update!

I have a friend who's a personal trainer and she's just said that getting a butt like the one in the thumbnail would take 2 YEARS(!) at the very least!! And even then it wouldn't grow to THAT extent and your thighs would have to grow too. It would be a combination of muscle growth and fat loss. She says your butt can gain shape while still being the same size it was before (just rounder but still small) but the muscle won't actually grow to that extent any time soon. She's realistic and knows her stuff and tends to keep me looking at things like this more realistically.

Day nine✅ Day 10✅ Day 11✅ Day 12✅ Day 13✅ Day 14✅ ⭐️So my results are between 100 and 101cm and it does look a Tiny bit rounder, i can say it definitely works! Thanks for this workout Ivana!
For the people that want to know if it works: it does!! I did this work out 2/3 times a week for three months and gained 3 cm around my butt area. Then I stopped exercising for a while. I restarted at the beginning of this month and gained another cm. I did gain 2 kg in body weight, however this exercise made sure it went mostly into my behind instead of my belly. I combined this exercise with taking an hour walk almost daily. If your goal is to increase your butt then definitely use this work out!

Hey guys, i started the challenge today. One thing that I'm so glad of is that the exercises aren't as tough as the others that I've been checking out. Plus point is you have to lie down for all the exercise lol for someone as lazy as me , i needn't even stand up. I'll say it's pretty easy(who knows what the cramps gon be like lol) So yes. Though I was working out only one time a day for 15 min I had 1 rest day in 2 weeks because I thought my muscles are just getting trained for 15 min so the don't need my rest as I don't do any much physical exercise throughout the day . I know I did some mistakes but 2 weeks are still not enough to get bigger booty but ofcourse they can get in good shape

Hey everyone, I am doing this exercise everyday and I will update everyone on how it goes. I usually do 20 squats, 20 fire hydrants on each leg, and 20 donkey kicks on each leg right before this workout to activate my glutes or I feel that this does not work as effectively. Day 1: Done. This was so hard and I was sweating so much. Day 2: Rest. I got my eyelashes done and I am not supposed to sweat while wearing those. Day 3: Done. It was very hard and I was sweating a lot but I am happy I finished it. Day 4: Done. It was still hard. Day 5: Done. It was actually much easier today. I also did her Brazilian Butt Lift Challenge with 10 Minute Donkey Kicks. Day 6: Done. I did her Brazilian Butt Lift Challenge with 10 Minute Donkey Kicks again. I didn’t do the 20 squats, 20 fire hydrants on each leg, or 20 donkey kicks on each leg today. Day 7: Rest. I decided to do a rest day today to let my glute muscles rest and grow. Day 8: Done. I did this workout and her Brazilian Butt Lift Challenge with 10 Minute Donkey Kicks. I only did these two workouts and no other butt workouts. Day 9: Done. I did both this and her Brazilian Butt Lift Challenge with 10 Minute Donkey Kicks. I’m not doing the 20 squats, 20 fire hydrants, or 20 donkey kicks before each workout anymore. Day 10: I completed the Brazilian Butt Lift Challenge with 10 Minute Donkey Kicks, and I only did 5 minutes of this workout because I already did my skincare routine and did not feel like sweating. Day 11: Done. I also did her Brazilian Butt Lift Challenge with the 10 Minute Donkey Kicks. Day 12: Done. I did this workout and her Brazilian Butt Lift Challenge with 10 Minute Donkey Kicks.

I have been doing this workout for 5 days so far and so far it doesn’t have an effect yet but it really made me sore so that made my hopes go up, but if I doesn’t do me any good by one week and a half, then I will no longer be continuing this workout and look for a new one.
I did this full workout with a resistant band and girrll let me tell you I could not stand up. I literally sat there for 3 long mins contemplating of the pain I’m in for tomorrow 😣

Hello everyone!! I do not usually comment on RUclips videos, but I must say! I've been doing this work out for a month. I did it for two weeks, loved the results. I then added a resistance band for one week. Then I doubled the work out w/ the resistant band for the last week. Now I'm here!! I love the results and definitely recommend that you give it a try! Remember to try to add to the work out at your own pace. Train the same stay the same! Best of luck!

Actually, I was doing this training for two weeks (6 days a week) as an addition to my routine trainings (3-4 days a week) and I must say that this challenge didn't really worked for me. My body is already fit and all, my gluts are looking fine but I decided to start this challenge as I wanted to improve how they look a little. The only thing I improved was the strength of my muscles, nothing more. So it's not waisted time for sure but I was expecting more just as the description promises. Maybe it's a diet, maybe it's personal issue - who knows. I just wanted you to know that these types of challenges might work, but they don't have to.

I’ve been doing this exercise for about 2 weeks now with some rest days and some extra donkey kicks and fire hydrants and when I tell you this works it really does!!! I’ve noticed that my butt has become plumper and even my friends have said that it looks bigger, I’d definitely give this workout a try because it legit works

It works! I have been doing them for the past two weeks. Ima keep it real I do not do all those sets and number of donkey kicks, I exercise until I feel the pain and I missed a couple of days but my butt has gotten bigger and rounder!! I’m gonna start taking pictures to show my results because Ik what it feels like not to believe the comments.
Muscles need time to heal never exercise 2 day in a raw. You always need to let 2 to 3 days between workout

Thank you, Ivana! There are definite results. I've done this on and off for a two weeks, maybe 3 times a week (can't do it on consecutive days, too sore!) and I put on nearly 2cm round the booty. I've tried a number of other videos, but this is by far the most "focused" and activated I feel my glutes.

I´m 4 months post knee surgery and finally got into exercising again. This did burn, did hurt, I did need more breaks, but I did it!!! Gonna do it again tommorow and the next day and the next and so on. Never give up folks, go thicken your butts!

Hi everyone, I will do this workout for a month, alternating one day of workout and on day of rest. I am starting being 103 cm. If I am able to stick to it, I will update with the results. My background: I am not a very fit person, but my weight is ok and I am overall healthy. In the last 7 months I have started working out at home and have seen some results.
Day 1: done, felt pretty sore. 103 cm

Day 3: done, also felt pretty sore

Day 5: I have done a short workout which included squats and lunges but I skipped this booty workout because my glutes are still sore. So I will do that tomorrow

I did this workout and I can tell you, you will feel very sore the next day. It’s one of the most focused butt exercise that doesn’t involve much movement. I rather be near the ground most of the workout then be doing crazy movements which don’t make me focus on the muscle I’m working on.
So when I tried this workout the first time I was honestly close to dying.. But now, only after three days, it feels so much easier and the time went by pretty fast! I love it! Keep going everyone! ❤️

You actually should not do this everyday, giving your glutes a break for a day is what helps it grow. Also eat protein, protein helps build muscles and that’s what your doing growing muscle. And make sure your eating the right calories a day.

@@catherinepineda9240 im not the person you asked but I can help. You have to do glute workouts 3 or 4 times a week maxium. If u wanna gain weight don’t do cardio. About diet, you have to eat a lot of protein and carbs. Some examples are eggs, meat, chicken, potatoes, avocado, rice, beans, bananas, peanut butter, milk, etc

i'm starting this tomorrow! i only do butt workouts on monday and friday since tuesday and thursday are my cardio days so i'll leave my actual thoughts each day here so you can get an idea of how effective it is in my routine. i'm going to do a glute activation before doing this too! it's super crucial to take rest days for your muscles which is why wednesday is my no workout day and then i do butt workouts every other day. for my personal preference, i like using booty bands/resistance bands so i'll be adding 25 pulsing squats and 15 kick backs on each leg! see y'all tomorrow w my day 1 update!

I have a friend who's a personal trainer and she's just said that getting a butt like the one in the thumbnail would take 2 YEARS(!) at the very least!! And even then it wouldn't grow to THAT extent and your thighs would have to grow too. It would be a combination of muscle growth and fat loss. She says your butt can gain shape while still being the same size it was before (just rounder but still small) but the muscle won't actually grow to that extent any time soon. She's realistic and knows her stuff and tends to keep me looking at things like this more realistically.

For the people that want to know if it works: it does!!
I did this work out 2/3 times a week for three months and gained 3 cm around my butt area.
Then I stopped exercising for a while. I restarted at the beginning of this month and gained another cm.
I did gain 2 kg in body weight, however this exercise made sure it went mostly into my behind instead of my belly.
I combined this exercise with taking an hour walk almost daily. If your goal is to increase your butt then definitely use this work out!

Hey guys, i started the challenge today. One thing that I'm so glad of is that the exercises aren't as tough as the others that I've been checking out. Plus point is you have to lie down for all the exercise lol for someone as lazy as me , i needn't even stand up. I'll say it's pretty easy(who knows what the cramps gon be like lol)

did you btw add other things other than donkey kicks? like cardio or another workout? how many times a day did you do this exercise? were you doing a cardio? what about your diet? by diet, i mean food intake like does it mostly consist of vegetables? or meat? or sweets? and did you really just rested for 1 day for a whole week of exercise?
@@catherinepineda9240 I didn't did any cardio neither I did any warmup .. I didn't changed my diet . Though I was working out only one time a day for 15 min I had 1 rest day in 2 weeks because I thought my muscles are just getting trained for 15 min so the don't need my rest as I don't do any much physical exercise throughout the day . I know I did some mistakes but 2 weeks are still not enough to get bigger booty but ofcourse they can get in good shape

so here a little story that no one asked but MOTIVATION
when i was about 11 i was really skinny but SKINNY so when i moved to the us everyone in my family called me ''palo sin curvas'' (stik without curves) so i started to eat a lot and i got chubby so when back to mexico and everyone started to say that i was too fat that i looked better skinny , so went back home and started to eat more and MORE and the same thing happened but with more people.
so at the end of the day i never looked good to people so if you feel the same, don't stress out your good, do this for you, to be happy with you, and i'm probably learning about that but still.

Hey everyone, I am doing this exercise everyday and I will update everyone on how it goes. I usually do 20 squats, 20 fire hydrants on each leg, and 20 donkey kicks on each leg right before this workout to activate my glutes or I feel that this does not work as effectively.
Day 1: Done. This was so hard and I was sweating so much.
Day 2: Rest. I got my eyelashes done and I am not supposed to sweat while wearing those.
Day 3: Done. It was very hard and I was sweating a lot but I am happy I finished it.
Day 4: Done. It was still hard.
Day 5: Done. It was actually much easier today. I also did her Brazilian Butt Lift Challenge with 10 Minute Donkey Kicks.
Day 6: Done. I did her Brazilian Butt Lift Challenge with 10 Minute Donkey Kicks again. I didn’t do the 20 squats, 20 fire hydrants on each leg, or 20 donkey kicks on each leg today.
Day 7: Rest. I decided to do a rest day today to let my glute muscles rest and grow.
Day 8: Done. I did this workout and her Brazilian Butt Lift Challenge with 10 Minute Donkey Kicks. I only did these two workouts and no other butt workouts.
Day 9: Done. I did both this and her Brazilian Butt Lift Challenge with 10 Minute Donkey Kicks. I’m not doing the 20 squats, 20 fire hydrants, or 20 donkey kicks before each workout anymore.
Day 10: I completed the Brazilian Butt Lift Challenge with 10 Minute Donkey Kicks, and I only did 5 minutes of this workout because I already did my skincare routine and did not feel like sweating.

I have been doing this workout for 5 days so far and so far it doesn’t have an effect yet but it really made me sore so that made my hopes go up, but if I doesn’t do me any good by one week and a half, then I will no longer be continuing this workout and look for a new one.
I did this full workout with a resistant band and girrll let me tell you I could not stand up. I literally sat there for 3 long mins contemplating of the pain I’m in for tomorrow 😣
