    I've been trying to get more maca so I will will definitely try this recipe because I'm sure the flavor tastes way better in this than just mixed up in water or coffee. Thank you!

    The video feels incomplete by not showing the unmolding or how he's cut the chocolate into those nice thick bars shown at the end.

      I hear ya. Yeah, probably should've thrown that part in too. Rest assured, it is very simple, it breaks apart and comes out of the molds very easily. Hope that helps, we appreciate the feedback! ~Mason

    How do you cut it when out of freezer? It does not break, easy to cut?

      Hi there! This homemade chocolate remains pretty malleable even when frozen! We did not have any trouble cutting ours once we removed it from the freezer! You could always run your knife under hot water before cutting if you have any troubles 😊

      Hi Nikki! I've never had that happen because I always eat them too fast :) But I think you could keep them in the freezer for a while and they would keep pretty well! I hope that helps! - Gracie

    i cant eat it because of bee pollen

    • @mountainroseherbs
      @mountainroseherbs  3 года назад +1

      Hi Staci! Feel free to leave out the bee pollen if you can't have it. The bee pollen and maca powder are just two ingredients Mason likes to add to his chocolate. Feel free to make it your own as well :)

    Do you not have to use a double boiler when working with chocolate? I've always been afraid of scorching it without using one.

      Seems to work fine for me without one! I say give it a shot and see how it goes. Just don't have the heat on super high. Good luck! ~Mason

    If you have a nut allergy you could use sunflower butter. You get a similar creaminess and roasted nuttiness
