The first time I read Wuthering Heights, I went in expecting a romance and hated it. I read it a second time but went in with the idea that it was more a revenge thriller and it was a much better reading experience. I'll never read it again though!
Yeah I definitely think that expectation threw me especially with who the send half of the books follows 😆 thought Cathy would be a bit more of a permanent role!
