The fragrance that needs no introduction. This is the versatility king meant to be worn in all seasons, occasions, and ages. The EDP has great performance with roughly 9 hours of longevity and good projection. This shines especially in the office or day setting. Sauvage EDP truly is a dumb reach. 8/10.
It’s the one fragrance I’ve smelled out in public more than any other, and guess what, it smells SO GOOD in the air!!! When that sillage hits you nose there’s no denying its appeal and why it’s still a top seller. It’s not the most pleasant up close on skin but damn it works. The ambroxan put me off in the beginning but I’ve grown to love and appreciate the scent in general. Prada Carbon is a good alternative and does smell smoother and better up close to my nose. 🙂
I'm with you on that, the opening can be a bit strong and unappealing. I think the Elixir smoothes it out a bit more. When I smell it I always like the sillage. Noticed it at the gym a couple times.
An absolute classic, no collection would be complete without it. The pepper adds a real kick.

I don’t know how people say this is ‘everywhere’ when it is not. Majority of men don’t even wear fragrances and from my experience when I was working in an office I’d smell YSL Y everywhere.

@@wisleypin My guess would be the EDT because it's the cheapest. Although, the new Elixir seems to be quite popular.
