You have the best job in the world! I don't really understand why you do the pocket for the ruffing pass.... You know you can do a offset cut(inside or outside) with profil parameter and let some tickness in that first pass like you do with your pocket. Nice tutorial!! Fred
Good Question! Sometimes when a large bit is used and small sections of wood are being removed, the sawdust has a tendency to get compressed in the cavity making it harder for the dust collector to remove the debris. To avoid this, one could create a few more passes with less depth which may help the dust collector get all the dust. Thanks for watching!
