Hello everyone. Please hear me out. I always loved the music from the Cranberries, and truly adored Dolores. She was a gift from GOD. I feel as if I knew her. Sweet soul. I never got around to see them play live. I got busy with life.. work, children. I regret not going to see them. I always thought I will go see them in the future. Now, she is gone forever. If there is something you want to do in life, do not wait, pursue your dreams now. Tomorrow is not promised. If there is a place you want to visit, or someone to meet, follow your dreams. GOD Bless you all!!!

Yes, the fact that she could be a person of faith, an old fashioned country girl, a fierce mother, and a rock star too was incredible. I couldn't do that. I couldn't juggle half of that, even given the opportunity. Dolores O'riordan was an amazing being, and as you said, a gift from God! She was like that whisper in my conscience from the Divine during a period in my life when i felt very godless! Thank you Dolores! :)

I've always loved Dolores's voice and kinda love every song for the Cranberries, but I don't know why I loved her more when heard the terrible news about her passing.. as if passing makes you love a person more and deeper.. especially for the fact that she was a normal down to earth kind of human being.. I always felt that deep down she's a humble person.. I'm still shocked and in a state of not believing and very sad that she's not with us any longer and we won't here new songs from her.
May God bless you where you are now dear Dolores.

It seems the boys and Delores were a perfect fit. I never paid much attention to the band in the past, of course I heard and enjoyed their hits as most of the world has. I have recently "discovered" the band and honestly, can't get enough of their music, it is timeless. Thanks Cranberries for sharing your music with us mere mortals......RIP Delores, you are sorely missed. Carry on boys. Cheers to ya!

My father passed away one year ago. The Cranberries helped me a lot, I love their music since I discovered Just my imaginatination when I was only 9 years old in 2000. Guys, you must be so proud of your work, you have helped many people in difficult times. And of course you have also made many people happy at concerts, I would have liked to go to a concert, but unfortunatelly I never could.

Noel and Fergal doing this show helps me sort through this a lot. As much as i loved the Cranberries in the 90's, i had lost track of them, and didn't learn of Dolores passing until recently. Since we were the same age, in a way i lived vicariously through her. Every triumph or tragedy some how felt close to home. Losing her is losing a part that i thought would always be there. I guess it is like this: i have lost so much family over the last five years, that the news that Dolores is gone too, just makes my world that much smaller. Now i am the one who needs help!

Awww bless them, it must of been hard for them emotion wise. Bit it's brilliant !! She sounds fantastic and the lads with the music is also brilliant, it's so fresh and new in a good way, I've loved The Cranberries since I heard Ode To My Family which blew me away because I'd never heard any female singers sound like Dolores.
So I went out and bought E.I.D.I.S.W.C.W and No Need To Argue and listened and listened over and over and I've got all albums now plus a couple of Dolores solo work, which I'm have to catch up on.
She was remarkable you all are, I really liked her solo work but I love all of you guys best ya know.
I loved Roses and I really liked the re-worked acoustic song's, I saw people writing saying they wanted new stuff buts it's re-working old tracks that type of thing and it's okay it's how they feel.
I actually love a band coming back and re-doing past work, it's not going to be a carbon copy of how you sounded back then but I like that.
In The end is just brilliant, I think it's what she would of wanted and you say was excited to be doing a new Cranberries album, it's a very emotional listen, like you lads felt, but she is on fire as are yourselves, I can hear the passion in her voice and when At the End came on I really filled up !!
I got the limited edition picture vinyl as I love pic discs.
I know many, many fans will think same as me, but I'm going to miss her beautiful voice and your music to go with her.
I hope you guys carry on with your music, once you feel ready to do so.
R.I.P BEAUTIFUL GIRL DOLORES, YOUR MUSIC IS INDENTED INTO MY HEART & SOUL xx

I wonder if they've ever heard the unreleased song Why Did You Have To Go by the young Norwegian singer/songwriter Aurora. She wrote it for a friend of hers who tragically died in a car crash and then performed it at her funeral. There are times when I hear a little Dolores in Aurora's voice/phrasing/lyrics in some of her songs. I think they would have been kindred spirits in some ways if they'd ever met.

Insensitive much? There's been and are many bands whereby the original vocalist had/has been replaced whether they passed on or are still alive. This band isn't one of those obviously, and the band made a concrete decision that this is their swan song. It simply wouldn't be The Cranberries if they were to carry on without her as the singer. That would be like if the surviving members of The Doors had carried on without Jim - which they tried at one time which was met with vehement disgust and opposition from fans.
