Hey, I want to connect different Tapo cameras installed on different floors using different wifi routers. Can we view the live stream of all cameras at the same time using VLC or Ispy software?
Tapo camera supports the RTSP protocol, so it can work with third-party NVR or NAS devices that also support the RTSP protocol. User canview the live stream of the camera with a third-party app like VLC Player. Or you can even use iSpy software on your computer. Not sure about PTZ though since I have not tested it. So can’t comment on the compatibility.
same issues face i recently buy tapo c500 and then setup 2.4Ghz and also close wifi routers but not showing tapo wifi 😢very disappointed@@cookwithann-sarap

Hello, why does my tapo c500 shows no connection its super slow but we have wifi connection
Tapo C500 supports 2.4GHz frequency band. Check your wifi connection and make sure either it uses dual band (5GHz and 2.4GHz) or 2.4GHz band.
