This story he is referring to was in the original Ultimate Universe. Some images used where hulk had his head cut open, were from a different story. This is where Dr. Doom helped make a Bruce Banner clone to separate him from the Hulk in the 616 main universe. He went crazy, made a monster island to hunt and reunite with the hulk. Hulk killed him and turned back into the original Bruce.😅
