in my opinion on age gaps, if both of them are over 18 it doesn’t really matter but if one of them is like 16 and the other idk 28. it’s a huge no no for me

Our Dreams at Dusk is printed by Seven Seas in English so their trim sizes for their series are smaller and I personally love their size. It's closer to the Japanese/French manga I own in terms of size.

And ya.... A Rin Mikimoto series without a questionable age gap is rare but I just adore her art style and keep reading them
Yeah I do love Japanese size manga but prefer my English volumes to be a bit bigger so I squint less when reading 😂🤣🤣🤣 & omg I agree her art style is so so pretty 😍😍

I love To Your Eternity (both anime and manga) and I’m surprised that people weren’t liking it. With Blue Period, I’m not a fan of the anime. The pacing is kind of strange and doesn’t add anything to the story that the manga doesn’t already have, I definitely prefer the manga. Love your videos!
Yeah same here! Even though I haven’t started the anime for to your eternity yet I’m surprised how many people said they disliked it in the society x was interesting to hear peoples take on series especially from people who only watch the anime x & yeah I agree with blue period atm 😅

I don't know, but age gap romance is not a big deal for me, as long as the gap is not that big and no one's a minor in a relationship.

You have such a great personality that comes through in your videos :) I always love watching your hauls bc they help me figure out what I want to read next and makes me want to shop too hahah. But I'm the same as you! I hate having gaps in my collection so I pick up as much volumes as I can (also bc i'm impatient lol). Feels so incomplete that I end up searching everywhere on how to fill them up. My wallet is never happy but I always am so I guess that's what counts XD

In regards to your room being damp, I live in Canada's temperate rainforest which means theres always heavy moisture in the air. What I do so my manga isn't damaged by this, is using a dehumidifier. One that you just plug into the wall. You can set it up that if the air starts to become heavy at a particular level, it will automatically turn on and remove the water in the air, then turn itself back off once its done. Might be a good investment.
Yeah we use the dehumidifier all the time especially this season as its so cold and damp 😩 best investment ever!

I watched all of the Blue Period anime in one sitting (lol! 😅), and I loved it! I see what you mean about the music though, for me the plot themes and art visuals were enough to keep me hooked. It also had a satisfying ending 😊

I'm actually ok with age gaps as my parents are 9 years apart and everything is fine lol so its not taboo for me. But what really turns me off are teacher-student relationships. Like that's a HUGE no from me. Tho I'm not too sure if that is partly because I'm a teacher by profession, or if those relationships are just questionable regardless.

I’m quite new to manga tbh and I’ve just watched another you tubers recommendation and it had sweat and soap in it and I was like oo sort of fancy that and then it popped up in your haul and I was like !!! Might just had to buy volume 1!!! Also you’re so cute, love the vid 🤍

For anyone else who lives in the UK I highly recommend Forbidden Planet they have really good prices as low as £4 or £5 for manga and delivery is only £5.50 since they're UK based there's probably even a shop near u if u live down south

Blue Period is 100% my favorite manga, and I would agree the anime isn't nearly as good 🙈Like the animation kinda stinks----BUT! I really love the music in it and all the voice actors for the characters, so that's kept me watching

This manga haul was so amazing! :)All of it was so good! :) You should make the video about what is your favorite manga in 2021 because it might be good to know about what is your favorite manga on that year! :) Anyways,i can't wait tobuy and read The Witch And The Beast for the next 3 or 4 months in physical versions because i absolutely love the artstyle,the covers,the characters and more of it! I also had a plan to watch the anime version of Blue Period on Netflix because i love the manga and everything on it! :) The anime only adapted for the first 6 or half away to volume 7 because i remember that every single manga adaptation that updated for 24 episodes would be at least for the first 9 volumes on each of it! :')

i know u said u didnt like the age gap between 2 characters in a manga but im sure in japan the age of concent is below 18 so its normal for ppl to have that kind of relationship, i could always be wrong but thats what i assume.

I’m also planning to pick up skip beat and I’m already crying. Decided to go with the bind ups to save a bit of money but I am a bit sad to miss out on some of the cover arts. But it’s the series that got me into manga so it’s a must for my selfs.
I managed to get vol 1 of our dreams at dusk for $2 on ebay but now all the other volumes are above $10-14 so i havent delved into reading yet heh
