It’s using a mod called shoulder surf - basically gives you a better 3rd person view thats customisable 😁

You should try out the pack with things, unconventional and secret heroes hero pack they are really well made heropacks. As well as the stellar heropacks (this hero pack has characters like dr manhattan and pepsi man)
