Nah, same could be said for the 2023 ukie offensive, 6 NATO trained Brigades, hundreds of NATO APCs and vehicles defeated by a few trenches and a Regiment of mobilised infantry with a contingent of VDV to back them up. At least under Shoigu and Gerasimov a major defensive node/city (Bakhmut) was captured, the only thing the ukies *notably* got was Robotyne which had a prewar population of less than 500 and was recaptured by Russia a month ago

Perkele! Check out probably the best war movie of all time from 2017 known as Tuntematon Sotilas in Finnish (The Unknown Soldier). It's on RUclips with subtitles and covers the Continuation War until the armistice. It's the hands-down the best war movie I've ever seen, and I've seen 'em all.
there are three different tuntematon sotilas movies all made from same novel. 2017 version is really good, but 1955 and 1985 versions aren't that bad either.

I have an idea for a Campaign with the Finish Defence Forces for you if you're interested.
• The First 3 Games, The Fins will be Fighting the Russian Federation to get back to their Pre-1945 Land Borders (30% of their Lands, Mostly around Karelia to the North and Sakkjarven (Hope I'm spelling that right) to the Southeast, were Ceded to the Soviet Union as part of War Reparations over the Course of the Second World War during the Winter and Continuation Wars) effectively Establishing the Original "Greater Finland". This will present two Options, either way, you'll most likely be going against Fellow NATO Member Nations.
• The First is to Turn on your Fellow Scandinavian Countries across the Gulf of Bothnia and head South over the Kattegat and Scagerat to Establish a "Second Kalimar Union" before continuing South through Germany, then heading East Towards Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Austria, Hungary, Croatia, Serbia, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Albania, Romania, Macedonia, Bulgaria and Greece before Ultimately Fighting the Turkish Defence Forces.
• The Second is to Head South across the Gulf of Finland and into Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Belarus, Poland and all the way down to Greece as Mentioned above before, again, ultimately Fighting the Turkish Defence Forces.
• When Fighting the Turkish Defence Forces, There will be 9 Games to represent the 9 Points on the Globe for Turkey: Istanbul, Izmir, Samsun, Ankara (The Capital), Antalya, Trabzon, Adana, Gaziantep and Erzurum.
If the Fins Beat the Turks in all 9 Games, Then they'll have Completed "Greater Finland" Better than originally Planned back in 1939/1940. They they do Moderately well (maybe they win 5 or 6 of the Games), then there will be a Favorable Peace Deal where Turkey Accepts that Finland is Better than them and they'll have Less Space to Live with. There is a Possibility of the Turks coming back for Round Two albeit with a Shorter Campaign Length. If the Fins only Win up to Three Games, then they have been Stopped dead in their Tracks and Could Possibly be Forced Back to their Native Borders.

Global Escalation looks cool and I’ve tried to play it a couple months ago, but there’s no ICO in it and it’s too jarring for me to go back to pre ICO gameplay
I know some people don’t like the ICO, but I love it. I’ve been playing since Alpha version 9 and think it’s obviously what the game needed. And judging by the tens of thousands of daily users, I think it’s safe to say it’s been a success

So, find the point at which the battle appears to be at a turning point and describe everything up to there but not beyond. For example:

Hey dude your server is run by questionable admins. Had to deal with 4 different map changes in a row. And then got timed out and had to sit in a 20+ person queue if I wanted to join back in. Maybe that’s already been dealt with but wanted to say something.
If you're talking about Global Escalation, the recent update broke a few layers. It's causing issues where only 20 or so people actually load in while the rest are staring at the loading screen in limbo. Very frustrating and we're trying to find layers that work, so hopefully it's a short term problem.
