I’m 50, live in Queensland and am loving your channel!!💜I have dark lashes and wear Designer Brands Clear Mascara which is inexpensive, available at lots of chemists and is phenomenal! Thanks for all of your tips🧡
Amen …thank you .. I feel relieved now watching this …..I know what I am going to buy and try …DB ….thank you 🙏🏽😊
I live where it's very humid. And I put on a coat non-waterproof mascara, followed by waterproof mascara. Stays all day and comes off easily. I'm 54. My favorites are Tarte Lights Camera Action followed by Lights Camera Splashes.
Excellent budget mascara is Covergirl Exhibitionist. I use both the regular and waterproof. The waterproof I put through a test last summer and it stayed, by itself, with no running or flaking for 4 days. I washed around it, but also continued my skin routine of serums and moisturizer. It held up.
Bad gal bang is beautiful but essence Princess lash waterproof is best for cheap one
Sorry , this turned into a saga. After a lifetime of wearing, and loving, makeup I had a few years without and it was only “Covid grey hair” that persuaded me to give it another go. There’s a wealth of videos for mature women telling me what not to do, so it was fantastic to find your videos making everything clear in such an absolutely positive way.
So, I’ve been having lot, lot, lot of problems keeping my mascara off my face. Due to the wonderful hormones connected to menopause I had increasingly hideous migraines which they’ve managed to fix with 3 monthly botox shots, the first of which gave me both clown eyebrows and hooded brows. The could kinda fix the eyebrows but the hoods are here to stay.
I feel so stupid, and also so relieved, that it took this video to work out what was going wrong. Big sigh and many, many thanks! 😒🤪🙏🏻
We're so glad to hear that Tracey! So sorry to hear about the migraines but good to hear you've found a solution ❤️
I don't like water proof mascara either. My lashes are a little sparse and light. I want to keep what little I have left! LOL! Tubing mascaras are awesome! I use Loreal Double Extension. The only bad thing is that there isn't much mascara because the other side has primer. It's too bad I can't find a tubing mascara that combines the two.
I won't wear waterproof mascara anymore. I like the tubing mascara. I just need a smaller brush.
More Amanda, please!!
Living in the Tropics what would you recommend for us ! Should we be putting lipstick and liners in the fridge ?
I love Charlotte Tilbury and Tarte has some good mascaras that I’ve got the sample size and they have small Wands and I love that ! Thanks for your tips !!
We have a whole video on humidity-proofing makeup for our tropical friends! ruclips.net/video/agyPPUvve4I/видео.html
👏🏻
Why are some of these featured mascaras so expensive?
Sorry don't mean to sound rude but why don't you guys have reward points or discounts like Sephora? Its not like you are not making enough money from selling items full price 365 days 🤔. Oh and Sephora has free shipping at much less cost 🤔.
Thanks for your feedback. We have actually recently introduced a loyalty program! We also offer points for product reviews and free shipping on aus orders over $20 :)
@@adorebeauty Glad to see it took over 20 years to start a loyalty program and give free shipping below 50$
I think she is a bit wrong. It does have to do with age, because when we get older we don’t grow eyelashes as well as when we were young. Just a fact. I have to use grande eyelashes, because if I don’t -no mascara will work for me-because there is just no lashes to work with. She must have tons of eyelashes. If you have long thick eyelashes, then it doesn’t really matter what mascara you use.
