I went there one year ago. We looked at it for an option and while out drinking with people in Hanoi one of their friends father worked at a company that owned a boat and gave us a good deal... so we said ok and went for their 2-night 3-day trip. We went to a small water village and got a tour around the caves in boats and the other day there were a cykling/hiking trip to another village where you got snake wine and "fish spa" where the small fishes came to your feets in the pond. On the boat there were brunch on the first day then 5-course dinner both evenings (and breakfast). Got myself a cake because my gf know I don't like to celebrate and teased me by knowing the whole crew would come in (and did) singing and playing instruments.. Were pulled up to do a cooking class of springrolls and were the only one knowing how to do it (my gf is originally from Vietnam so I'm used to it) and got invited to join the crew on their downtime to eat squid and Nem Chua.. blows my mind how polite and service minded all the people have been everywhere we went in Vietnam. All and all I think we paid about 550$ for 2 people and I accually think it were the best part of any holiday I ever had.. so don't worry about seing another beach or cave. The time will fly away and it's totally worth the price and time. :) The ONLY downside is that the food on the overnight cruises are dialed down a little due to tourism and not as spicy or strong as it should be... still good but not great. Seen alot of comments that agree with me on that regardless of what cruise you pick... but it's still worth it. Just don't go in thinking that it will be as mindblowing as the views are (and they alone are worth the price). Fun to see your trip though :) Looked like you enjoyed it even though the lines were long and crowded.
@@Damalatorian sounds like you had the local experience! I want to stay overnight on cat cat island the next time I visit. One day trip is nice when you don’t have a lot of time, but I think to get the full experience, you have to stay overnight. Thank you for your comment, I enjoy reading other people’s experiences.
I'm gonna saving and get Ha Long trip soon 😁
Yes! And Ninh Binh!
@@iamseryen She's absolutly right, doing Ha Long without Ninh Binh is the biggest mistake ever 😂.
Wow beautiful 🤩 May I ask the whole amount of Ha Long Bay Tour . Where did you book it .
