SUBARU powered PORSCHE 550 Spyder.. Sacrilege or Amazing?

This Porsche 550 Spyder replica with its Subaru EJ257 engine was an absolute beauty to fit the Syvecs aftermarket ecu into, set up and then remap. An original Porsche 550 spyder would be multi million pound car and this excellent replica does it justice in my opinion...but is it sacrilege or amazing build to you?
The Subaru EJ20 and EJ25 make great options for kit cars for good reason.. it's a compact engine and can be made to fit reasonably easily into the kits.

165hp is good. That's pretty much stock subaru ej25. Can get some more with a little ecu tweaking, but not really needed. :)

Hey there amazing work, I've just bought a beetle for it's Chassis, and my plan is to start a Porsche project, so in your opinion, where can I find the best (whether it's a 550/356) KIT (cheap/quality) ?
