    Finding out that my muscles constantly hurt because I have hypermobility has made a HUGE difference really quickly in pain and fatigue. So much of what providers had told me to do was the exact wrong thing because the issue was hypermobility.

      Same here with stretches but I have fybromyalgia now which mcas caus it all in us I have autism to as most do

    Gaslighting is the fault of the provider and using the words "little bit" etc is continuing the gaslighting. I can't do most of those things but have generalize hypermobility.
