Main Contractor Vs Individual Trades

In this video I share the differences between the Main Contractor and Individual Trades approaches when it comes to delivering a refurbishment project. Most people aren't aware of the benefits and drawbacks of both of these approaches and which one is right for them.
The majority of people believe the Individual trade approach is better as it's cheaper. But there are many aspects to be aware of before hitting the phone and calling all the trades. Even though it's cheaper there is more work with dealing with multiple people at once.
Whereas the main contractor approach, even though more expensive, is more direct and focused communication. Main contractors do all the donkey work for you and get you the results. As long as you are clear with what you want.
