Some 50 years ago my uncle struggle struggled through a divorce while living in St. George. He reported that he went out into the red rock mountains to pray and after sometime on his knees the Spirit told him to leave because the spirits of Gadianton robbers were in those mountains. Interesting second witness.
Interesting. I often wonder what happened to the Gadiantons after Cumorah. It's hard to believe that they just blew away in the winds of war. Did they form their own tribe ? Were they exterminated by the Laminites later on, or did they melt away and form "Secret Societies" within the tribes that were left ?
Too bad this wasn't the case with my 3rd great-grandfather. He was working on the Saint George Temple sewing canvas strips to make a roof for it. He got sunstroke and died on 4 June 1876.
Evidence Proves BOTH Heartland and Mesoamerica Models Are Valid: The People of the Book of Mormon Lived in a Much Larger Area Than Either Model Alone Suggests. Of course, the Hill Cumorah where the plates were found by Joseph Smith is the same Hill Cumorah where the great final battle took place. Those who claim that Heartland sites lack historical evidence have failed to investigate the barges of artifacts collected and dumped into the ocean by the Smithsonian to obscure our past. Fortunately, many pieces of evidence are too large to be removed, hidden, or stored away in warehouses, remaining accessible to this day. To begin to understand these evidences that could not be collected and destroyed by the Smithsonian check out the following RUclips channel. www.youtube.com/@Mylunchbreak/videos

Quite the contrary, actually. Nothing in here that supports any of it. And no, I don't support the Meso America model either.
