I always feel the Spirit when I hear the Lord's annointed speak to us. Elder Bruce R. Mconckie is one of those whom I love to hear because he (and all the other Latter day Apostles whom the Lord has chosen to guide us with the help of the Holy Ghost) speaks with the the aid from above and with conviction and power. It's a nice reminder to prepare for that which is to befall us. It is indeed a nice talk. Thank you Heavenly Father for thy Servants in these Latter days.

This message is perfectly for me, as I fall short of love and kindness in my everyday relationships, and interactions. I come from a lineage of mental illness, addiction and domestic issues, so it cycled down to me. I believe I'm better than the generation before, but I still struggle to control my emotions, esp during stressful situations, and when things are out of my control. I have much to still change and improve. When I'm centered in the Lord/ the Word, I'm miraculously better. Worse when I'm not. I appreciate wisdom taught to me by faith. Thank you for this message! The Savior is the way to peace and change.

Fortunately, I can study the doctrine of Christ without going to the country club, I mean Church. And, I can serve without going in that building. And I can give 10% in other ways. I still have the guidance of the spirit, I still pray, study, and now I have even MORE peace in my life.

What an inspiring message! He makes me want to be more like the Savior, Jesus Christ

A couple of weeks ago I listened to Elder Holland speak about the terms Christians and Saints as referenced in scripture. Appartently the term "Christian" is only used 3 times and the term "Saint" 98 times. The appropriate distinction for all followers of Christ is "saint", regardless of sect or religion. God's work goes forward in many religions, but the purest catalyst of conversion is in His restored church.
