Gee, this is fantastic! I'm pouring in Egypt too and of course have the same issues as you when it comes to getting hold of Floetrol. I will be trying your recipe out for sure! Thank you so much for sharing and I look forward to seeing more of your art.
Thank you so much for sharing! If I may I would like to see your hands when you are mixing the paints.I am a beguinner and it is very important to me. thanks again!
Hi Gee! Thx for sharing your work and taking the time to explain. Is there any chance you will show this when it’s dry? I’m so curious to see how the PVA held up once it cured.

Fantastic economic recipe! Do you mix the colours also with the gloss varnish/oval mix or just the cell activator- blow out colour, sorry I never heard this bit.
Hello Gee, this is really useful. Thank you. I'll try this recipe. and it is so interesting to hear about the comparison one recipes too. One issue I seem to have in my paint when mixing only water and paint or medium aded is that lots of little holes appear in the paint after or as it it has dries. Do you have a video on this issue? Thank you, waving with gratitude over the seas from Marie-Louise from Cornwall, UK.🖌🎨
Hey Marie! So thats actually not so much about the materials as it is about when you mixed the paint vs when you poured it. A freshly mixed batch of paint will always have a lot of bubbles.
@@GeePours thank you. I need to learn patience. I'll try leaving the paint for a few hours. It is just so tempting to dive straight in isn't it. I am also aware of wanting to keep some of the paint of the same colour for touch ups. Cling film seems to work well though for a few days.
I like to put art on top of my art. Wonder how YOU go about it. Saw your Etsy shop. Thank u for posting! Australian Flo is soooo $$$. Looking for alternatives...hope to try this...
Never had any of my work crack with PVA glue but I have with many different Varnishes here in Canada! Also if you plan on putting Resin on your work it instantly becomes archival does it not?
Great info Gee!!! Thank you for sharing!!! I’m really impressed with the cell action you got with this recipe. I agree with one of your comments. It’s very hard to get the blowing down like Lisa Marvin. She’s very good. When I first started watching videos I came across this one guy and I cannot remember his name but he gave a whole lecture on cell activator. He claims these recipes we use are not actually cell activators. He says that the force on the paint is what creates the cells that there is no such thing as a cell activator. Personally I like my cell activator recipes and I believe in them. I wish I could remember his name. If I find it again I’ll let you know so you can watch it. BTW, I started my painting channel finally after studying everybody and I’m pretty happy with it so far. I just have to learn to edit. 😂 Check it out if you have time. Thanks again!🤗

I think you said that you found a different product like PVA/glue that eliminates the problem you have with PVA, but I didn’t hear you say what that product is. Could you tell us - or tell us when you plan to reveal it?
Ah yes eventually I added a very small amount of varnish to this mixture to keep the glue from doing this thing called flocculating ( where it looks like the pigment breaks up like dirt ) but this is an older video and ive improved on this greatly with this recipe, side by side with the original cell activator recipe ruclips.net/video/GnJALZJHBvQ/видео.html

Great way to make CA!!
So 1 those glue o 2 tbsp paint?
How can I preserve home made cell activator?
Are all the colors 3 to 1 ratio?
Lisa Marvin has some lungs RIGHT LOL
She really does!
All the colors have barnish and pva? Or just one color?😮
The last one only (known as the cell activator)
Would have been informative to me to see u do the ca mixing
When you were putting everything in up it was mainly off camera, maybe next time you could put in camera especially for newbies
So is the PVA you are using: Elmer's Glue All? You didn't show the bottle in the video and I don't see PVA in your Amazon store list.

Just the cell activator - it has to be thinner than whats under it
