Perfect timing Amy! We just purchased a resale contract from Dani(she is great) for BRV. We scoped the rooms out while staying at CCV two weeks ago. They look great. Thanks to you and Paul as it help us with the decision to purchase. Big investment for us Canadians with currency exchange and travel distance considerations but still worth it IMO. question! there are 2 nightstands by the bed right? Just wacthed another review of the brv studios and there was just one? and no usb at all? Why? how would an owner booking a studiio make sure to get a room with 2 bed side nightstands and USB's?? this strange. any idea?

What is weird is that I am so used to Boulder Ridge not being renovated that I even read the title of this video in my head as Copper Creek and I said.. man they re-did Copper Creek again! lol. Looks great and is much needed, Boulder Ridge is my favorite DVC area, lobby, section, enviornment.

We rented points and just stayed there last week. It was beautiful and perfect!!! Now to start my campaign to sell my husband on buying DVC!
Just stayed at Coronado Springs (Rancho from) and it had very similar theming and quality. Yes no Murphy bed or kitchenette, but good quality

just returned stayed at Floridain studio then jumped to Boulder Ridge 2 bedroom Villa. bottom LINE WILL NEVER STAY AT GF but boulder ridge is our favorite now! if i cannot get Beach Club we will book Boulder ridge. great Adult Stay!

Staying in a studio now. But we’re missing a nightstand on one side. So strange!
Good video, but you didn’t show what seating replaced the chairs that used to be with the dining table. It looks like only comfortable seating for 2 people now?
They were two little stools. So sorry, we recorded it and Paul accidentally left it out in editing.

Im confused....is the refurb just for DVC members or regular hotel guests too? When she mentions every booking moving forward will be new rooms, does that count for everyone?
This is for a DVC resort, however rooms are available at this DVC resort to purchase through Disney for cash. This refurb has not affected the hotel rooms at Wilderness Lodge. This is just for the DVC portion called Boulder Ridge.

The rooms look great but I’m just not a fan for some reason.
It seems half-done; almost as if two interior designers designed the space. This is the issue with Disney reusing existing furniture and fixtures during renovations.

I own property there. It looked better before the redesign.
I hate glass doors on a bathtub. Makes it so much harder to bathe kids. Otherwise, the refurb looks great.
I like the murphy beds but I wish they would not have gotten rid of the tables and chairs. I had one of those pop out tables at BW. I hated it! I can't imagine sitting on the sofa and eating? Those ottomans didn't cut it either with no backs. I hate the way the studios are trending now.
It looks a lot neater, cleaner and fresh. But it's not really that impressive overall. I'd like to see more rich colors and textures. This falls flat to me. I hope his isn't a preview of how AKV will be renovated.
The "woodsy" feel of the villas is gone!

Can you guys make a video on the the pay increases at Disney World and how it will effect the HOA fees. Will it effect none Disney World resorts?
I effing HATE the fact that they have taken the tables and chairs out of all of the renovated rooms!!! Where the EFF am I supposed to sit and work with my laptop??? Can someone at DVC answer that question??? The pop-up table is NOT an acceptable substitute, and you can’t use it if the Murphy bed is open. It SUCKS!!!
Much overdue
I am starting to feel that all the resort rooms blend into the same theme. White with some accents.... The character of the different rooms is fading away with the renovations. By all means, they needed a renovation, but the look and feel of a lodge seems lost along with the change. They are all beginning to look like generic hotel rooms.
Refrigerator door opens on the wrong side. They should have switched it.
If they did that it would open into the wall and leave marks. I think they did a perfect job.
If they had it that way it would constantly be hitting that wall and both would get dinged up. It opens the way that is the most logical given the space.
Tub or no tub.... Skipped right over it🙄
