I lived in Maine for a summer back in the 80’s. I lived off lobster from the docks there. It was super cheap and easily accessible and cooked in my studio apartment there. I even brought live lobsters back home to Baltimore when I came back for a short visit and when I moved back. The lobsters where in a box with ice packs and they occasionally knocked on the box 🤣.

For those who don't like mayo, try a light amount of your preferred bbq sauce instead for a lobster roll. Its life changingly good. lol

I made one using some chipotle aioli and it was heavenly. I’ll try bbq sauce one day but I’ve never been a fan of it with seafood.
