Please I have an upwork account that has more than 130 connect on it and the account is 1+ year old though I have not landed a single job on it. Upwork have suspended the account and asked me to verify it, I use my NIN plastic ID card but still they are not approving it. Any suggestions of what I can do? Or should I just give up on the account?

I landed my first job and applied for verify, i did all the necessary stuff with my Nin plastic card but didn't get verify after 5 days I went to check the verification then I saw that the Id verification is still yellow so someone said I should try it again, I attempted to but left the stuff. So later in the evening I saw that my account is already suspended that i should contact customer support, I don't know what to do now. I was ignorant then, I should have came here on time to watch this. Omo inno gree ooo I still submitted the ID card again even if the account was suspended, because i know i didn't violate any policy or did anything wrong for them to suspend my account, so i later checked some hours and it's still yellow. Pls help idk what to do now🤲
And I didn't get an email explaining why I got suspended, or could it be that it's because my first job was a direct contract? I'm not sure it's because of that.

Hi, thank you for this video. I think you missed an important information - how did you start the manual verification? We can't find how to initiate it anywhere?
The manual review starts immediately you submit your id, and it isn't automatically verified.... For example 1. You submit ID 2. Verification isn't approved automatically 3. Manual verification begins (were and agent will have to check the id)
