I really enjoyed this meditation because you repeated everything 3 times. I think that makes a lot of difference because the other affirmation videos say some really nice stuff but I can never fully appreciate them cause it's just spoken once. So thanks for that! I'm 35 weeks today and will be listening to this for the next 21 days 👍🏼 ps, I listened to this on my bed, in child's post with a big soft cushion under my chest to get my forward leaning positions in as much as possible for engagement.
