Would be good to talk about how you transition from a leveling build to these endgame builds. I just got past lvl 60 and into the full on endgame and have a leveling build for a similar toxic/touch of death Spiritborn build. Since I would need to redistribute many of my skill points for this version (I haven't distributed any paragon points yet in anticipation), I'm not sure when that makes sense. Especially when this build hinges on specific uniques I'll need to farm. My guess is that changing once I have them makes sense but maybe not before
This build does look like it would benefit hugely from Tyraels might. It would allow you to change some of your skill points, and ensure you have the resistances
Hey man, So there is a build planner in the description which has an 'Uber' variant and caps the resistances that way. This does suffer the build a huge amount of damage though and if I can get a better pair of pants with all resistances on them masterworked my resistances will be capped in T4, so it's possible with extremely good gear. Thanks for the feedback though!
Fair enough. It just looked that way from your video. I'm sure you've done the Math a lot better then the rest of us. I am looking for a good Touch of Death build, as everyon seems to be playing Quill volley, so am def interested.
To be honest, with enough stacks of resolves you become so tanky with the Perseverance passive node coming into play that being a bit under resistance cap doesn't matter too much. I always aim to cap but this really does require absolutely best in slot gear.
Hey, is there an option to use Tyrael's Might and Harlequin Crest and maintain equally powerful? I just really like those 2 pieces of gear, wonder if it will work. Thanks!
Hey man, There is a build planner in the description which has an 'uber variant' that uses the Tyrael's Might. The issue here is that you lose so much damage overall by equipping these and you will no longer have your skills activating three spirits from the Ebewaka Helm. It's entirely viable and you'l probably be able to complete the end game content, just not with as high damage I imagine.
Great guide. Id love for it to be a little more to the point / shorter... and add a trash clear as well. Only showing bosses is not the full picture, since most builds destroy bosses. Most time is spend GETTING there tho! 🙂 Enjoyed the guide very much anyways!
Hey man, Thank you for the kind feedback I will take that into consideration. I actually removed the trash clear elements to try keep the video shorter. I did however incorporate an entire horde run on show whilst going through the skills / paragons and so forth. I understand this may be a little small but it does show the trash clearance of the build, which is exceptional.
Nice build, quick question concerning your last hydra build, did you ever try running shatter on it? I only had a few day's left of the season to try it but still hit over 9billion,hope your enjoying the new class,💪
Hey man, Thank you for the kind words. I didn't try shatter on it but I am aiming to get into a Hydra build or burning / non burning variety later this season, so watch this space!
Hey immort, I did find one bit of information that would have been helpful. Rotation. So I built this have all my stuff in place but no idea how to actually play it. Not critical but would have been helpful
@@sbyrum Hey man, That’s super useful feedback and something I’l try incorporate in future content of this kind. If you look in the video description there is a build planner that has a build rotation section in it however. I clearly need to highlight this more though in the video!
Hey man nice video. What do you think of unyielding aspect adn stacking more armor for damage that way. Im currently using that over moonrise aspect. But maybe i should switch, thanks
Hey man, Thank you for the kind words! So Unyieiding hits does work and my good friend over as @XPGamess has just released a video using that aspect that has got to Pit 120. I have also done a Pit 120 on my version here as well with significant damage to gain still because my gear isn't perfect and paragon points would help. Choose your poison and let the trillions flow my friend!
Would this work with noxious resonance instead of prodigy's tempo? As the noxious resonance would allow for faster explosions? I'm trying to make my build and not sure what's best. Thanks.
Hey man. So a Touch of Death build with Noxious Resonance would be possible but I’m not convinced it would be better overall as Prodigy’s Tempo allows for extremely fast cooldown recovery across the board, provides permanent uptime of all skills and overall a huge damage boost. If you can bake in enough cooldowns elsewhere then I can see a world where it may work.
Hey man, Good question, probably not in this variant so much because that requires quite a lot of lucky hit chance to really activate often but I can for sure try it. The only issue is this will cost an aspect slot and we really can't suffer those that are used here, except maybe moonrise at the cost of damage and attack speed. The Crazed Gods gloves I found to be better for defense than offense.
Hey man, So with the coming patch this build should not be affected from what I can see. Don't get me wrong there are a lot of mechanics working much better than they should be, but none of the ones used here are being touched in 2.0.3 from what I've seen.
Hey man, How are the uniques looking? You really want high aspects on the uniques if possible and a decent amount of attack speed to activate the damage with.
Hey man, So Damage Over Time doesn't crit, but Touch of Death is doing it's damage through the Insatiable Aspect here which counts as poison HIT damage when it activates it's explosion from the swarms, not DoT damage. Hopefully this clears this up! =]
Hey man, So on this particular build the affix for 'chance to make enemies vulnerable on lucky hit' is on the ring, which acts as a pretty consistent way to apply vulnerable here.
Hey man, So the meta quill build when fully build with extremely good gear is probably still the best build in the game all round. This build however hits harder when it does hit theoretically. My gear is fairly average in the video apart from the weapon, so with better items it would hit a lot harder. I know someone that has hit over 20 trillion with a setup similar to this.
let me guess in order for this to work you need UBER maxed out gear, good luck guys getting the most PERFECT gear rolls with shitty drops and RNG bricking gear
Hey man, Sorry for just getting back to you. Right now there are a number of extreme bugs going on in the Spiritborn class, some of which are actually hard to avoid, and some are deliberately being used. My gear is demonstrated in the video and I do have at least one very good 4GA item, but that was a very luck drop. The rest is all 1GA or even non Ancestral with most being at Masterwork 8 or below. It's entirely achievable to get this build slapping without perfect gear! Hope you enjoy =]
Looks good I’ve been wandering if a toxic armour thorns build is possible
Hey man,
Thanks for the kind words. I am planning on trying this in the very near future so keep your eyes open for future content!

@@imortilizeofficial Yeah, really helps with defensive, I got a 4 GA pair early and thought maybe with the ranks of touch of death might be worth
Sadly I just don't think these are the best for damage which is where you really need to improve later on once defences are achieved.
