I'm so sorry to hear about your dog! Loss is hard, real hard, especially when you're younger. I lost my dad a few years back and I'm only 20, it hits you like a truck and even now I get emotional. Don't be afraid to let it out when you need too. All the best. c:
Odd but I get what you mean, it’s really strange, I’ve listened to this soundtrack for years and have scowered the internet for covers and still do. The soundtrack is highly emotional and can probably take on different meanings for different individuals. I too had a very traumatic event happen and for a bit it was hard to listen to this music, I think my brain connected covers I listened to when happy memories or things I listened to at that time to the event somehow even though it would seemingly not connect, so listening to a song could trigger memories that are bad or something good turned bad because of the bad event. It went beyond music and literally random sounds, frequencies, spots I went too, and unpredictable sensory related things could trigger me to be very sad, have a panic attack, or just bothered or in an existential crisis, it got severe and lasted a year and was quite complicated, I hardly ate for a long time too and it sucked and did a number on me. I find it so strange though how and why that would happen, it’s not so bad anymore and I think it’ll go back to normal eventually but you may have to think things through or even just take breaks. I hope things are going well and remember to take care of yourself even if you don’t feel like it, don’t make my mistake man, seriously don’t
Don't be ashamed of your tears, regardless whether they're of sorrow or joy. When you cross the rainbow bridge yourself, he'll be waiting.... I hope you're feeling better now, and the intense pain has made way for a distant sense of loss, hopefully bearable.
