The video takes place in Japan, It is about a a husband a pregnant wife and his daughter. In year 2015 Japan was hit with a tsunami and earthquake which led to the nuclear power plant meltdown. It made Japan to be contaminated with radioactive waves. This will be the main cause of cancer and the group of people who are susceptible of having it are kids, pregnant women and the elderly. In 2016 the amount of thyroid cancer spiked. The father was on his way to work so he boarded a train, he saw a little girl in red, she seemed lost. As he was walking in the subway a person approached up to him asking him to sign a petition to aid the victims who are affected by radioactive but he turned a blind eye. He saw the girl and ask her questions but she kept silent then the girl took off her mask reviling that she is her daughter. He noticed a scar and was sadden by it. In my opinion the daughter was lost and took off her mask exposing her to the radioactive waves. She got cancer and passed away. The father cant move on.
      enjoy

I loved the movie, it was very deeply touching. Especially since I live here and almost saw that come to fruition. I need people to clarify the issue for me though. I don't understand the knee jerk reflex currently in Japan about no longer using nuclear power. It is proven to be safe when used responsibly with the appropriate safety measures. What I REALLY don't understand is why the Japanese people permit the lack of decision making, relief, and accountability within their government.

Nothing is certain in the nuclear chain,
today 11.45 time was a fatal accident in France. Electricité de France (EDF), speaks of an industrial accident because it happened in a nuclear reprocessing plant.
One worker is dead, at least four are injured. A large security zone was established even though no radioactivity had leaked?

Amazing video. Too bad this nor nothing much else would be enough to change the heart of people and make them realize their dream world only exists as it does in their memory. Sad the world in which we live today. We're grown up being taught how to live in our own little world just like our parents do. We're supposed to think its normal to have a job we hate and a wife we can't stand. But then some of us like to use our own minds and we are the ones who are saved.

Even if Japan were to evacuate 20 to 30 percent of his country, people are not safe from nuclear radiation!
The decontamination of affected areas, as demanded by Professor Tatsuhiko Kodama, is essential if we limit the damage and dangers to the people.
Combustion of highly radioactive contaminated items is already happening.

@lickybuay Exposure to high levels of radiation particularly in the young, usually causes thyroid cancer. The first line of treatment is thyroidectomy. If the lymph nodes are also affected, then chemo is also necessary. Research the Chernobyl incident, and you will see the huge increase in cancers of all types in that area, including thyroid and leukemia. It is only a matter of time for Japan, sad to say...

I'm hoping more of this kind of movies to be made. We should be more serious about the situation. Our kids are fed with radioactive school lunch. The mushrooms, some fish, and milk are badly contaminated. The safety limit for radiation exposure was raised to 20 millisieverts from 1 millisievert per year to send people back to Fukushima. All those are caused by the most of the people being so ignorant. Speak up people! Don't pretend like there is nothing happening and everything is fine!

The radiation spread much further than the Japanese government claim and much of Tokyo and other areas that were not evacuated received doses in excess of what the IAEA specifies as a safe level.
