this is so relatable. i have horrible lower back pain (among a dozen other debilitating symptoms) and every doctor seems to blow me off or tell me to do some yoga, it’s like they don’t care. i watch a lot of asmr like this video and fantasize about me having a doctor this thorough, detailed, and caring

Idk your guys' personal problems, but lifting weights fixed my lower back pain phenomenally. I have an arachnoid cyst and always blamed that. Turns out, i sat in front of my computer way too much and had really weak glutes.

Did they not recommend surgery? The tingling is your nerve dying. You need pt or surgery 😢 I had neck fusion 3 years ago same symptoms
