I asked my neighbors to try a $2,000 PERFORMANCE SCOOTER

- My neighbors have only been on cheapy entry level scooters and I wanted to see if they liked something much more powerful. After a short ride, I asked if they would buy one. I'll also go over all the features and will let you know if I think the Yume Predator is something new or experienced riders should consider.

I did go ahead and buy this one. Glad I did. Good scoot. And I got mine to go 51 mph.
Great scooter but I would definitely be going with a more road friendly tire.
Me too!
I have the yume 2023 x11+ that has the new updated controllers and screen as this one does. I'm 260lbs and top speed I hit on flat gps tested was 47mph before I bailed out. Even with the dampener installed, it gets a little shaky. As far as range, mine also has the updated 30 amp hour Samsung 50E pack inside. While 30 amp hour sounds like a lot, it really gets killed with dual motor high speed rides. I did almost 25 miles of hard riding and had to walk it home the last 2-3 miles. The bms is setup to restrict power at 51 volts, even though a 60v battery is empty at 48. If range is a need for you, then definitely single motor for most of your ride, with occasionally going dual if you have to keep up with traffic for a bit, or get yourself out of trouble. I would say if you ride conservatively and between 25-30 mph, you'll get 35 miles or so.
Are you satisfied with x11+? How is the build quality? I'm thinking about buying one.
@@TAXAP I am 100% satisfied with the X11+. It is big and roomy for my size 13 shoes. The suspension is really good for big bumps, but I have to be honest, it is not so good for smaller ones. The fact that it comes with functional blinkers is great for me because I ride at night (I work night shift). The LED lights are great. The speed is ridiculous. I would say if you ride between 30-40mph, that's the sweet spot. I wish they had put in a bigger battery, because when I opened the deck, there's plenty of wasted space that's in there. For the price, I would say it's hard to beat the X 11+, just keep an eye on your need for speed.
That wobble is the tires. They are not balanced at all. Then i added slime to em. First time i went 45 it felt more like a skitter sensation. Ive worn those tires in a bit and it smooths out. However i got a set of road tires just waiting for the stock tires to wear out. Thanks for the vid.
Thanks for the comment and I felt the wobble had to do with the tires, thanks for confirming
Looks great, I want to buy one!
Can you add the link for the shock tool? Thinking of buying the Yume X11 for my wife, kind of like the look of the gold. Have you tested the X11, if so what one is better?
Thanks in advance for the tool link.

Sure thing - amzn.to/455Ihxf and I have an like this one much better, just a higher end feel and more comfortable
Hey found your channel looking for reviews on a scooter for my son. Unrelated question but is the GoTrax Flex Campus Pro larger (more comfortable to ride for taller riders) than the one you reviewed, the basic GoTrax Flex?
Not sure, haven't tried the Pro
been seriously looking at this model as a second scooter kinda bums me out that it wont hit 50 mph. May still purchase if it gets good range. with a 30 amp hour battery im thinking it should be able to do some decent miles ............. in the video he didnt give a figure of real world distance. if anybody out there in you tube land knows how far this will go feel free to let me know .................... thanks.
if i was more of an average weight person id be alot of help. I however weigh 290 dressed and im generally at 56 volts after 35 miles. I live in hills and i average about 26 mph. The off road tires will drag you to a stop even downhill so with some good tires even my fatness could go well over 40 miles.
@@ChrisHirner Hey chris Thanks for the input !!
It looks very good scooter!!
About wobbles... Steering damper!!!👌
All Dualtron scooters more than 40 miles makes wobbles!!!
Yume most of scooters but on steering damper from starts...🤔
Anyway.. Good specs for 2000$... Ride safe!🙋
Awesome!
Hey Great video,, is it better than the yume hawk pro?
Thanks for watching and haven't tried the Hawk Pro so can't say
Is it better than the Varla Eagle One 2.0 on off road terrain?
I've tested it and gotta say yes
@@ElectricRevolution so you’re saying between the Raptor and the Varla, get the Raptor?
Not sure where to ask this.
Do u have favorite scooters for different price ranges?
Dont think i seen a video for that from u.
I've got a bunch, not one that stands out, you can check my website out, may help ya - electricrevolutionreviews.com/
Hey your review video is not showing up in Google or RUclips search results. You need to put the name of the scooter in the title. I only found this video by reading comments on your vertical TikTok video and then going to your channel.
Thanks for the heads up
No way over pric$d
No How?😂💀
Probably none of them bought one including the free one sent for the video
It was sent
Give me it my electric bike is like 2 mph
Nice video but bro you have a raptor not a predator
Thanks and did I say Predator?
@@ElectricRevolution idk if you say it verbally but its written in the video description
2k ? Where ? I can buy for 3.7k!
This is Raptor, looks just like the Predator which is the higher price
