      LeGM should just appoint himself as the coach, since according to the media and his fanboys
      1. He somehow has one of the highest basketball IQ's
      2. He is also the GOAT
      3. LeBron himself and Nick Wrong said that he always makes the right plays
      I mean, having no coach seems to be best course of action for winning it all.

      You did not watch the games If you think Ham wasn't 'that' bad. He was fucking horrible. He blew 3 15 point leads In a fucking row which all happened purely because of one defensive adjustment by denver which had no response too. When they were In crunch time and needed him most he simply stood on the sideline smiling with his fucking hands In his pockets.
      I'm not a lebron 'glazer' or AD. Hell I'm a heat fan not a lakers fan. But to even dare mention that darvin ham wasn't bad. Is hilarious and shows you just wanted a reason to hate on the lakers.

    • @michaelbarnes2126
      @michaelbarnes2126 18 дней назад

      @@arigatogyro260 how tf is it on the coach that they blew leads? He obviously gave them a game plan good enough to that lead right? But oh, wait maybe you right cause the players decided to stop listening to Darvin after February I believe. So maybe they would have kept those leads if they listened to Ham. Plus the Lakers barely had any 2-way players besides LeQueen & AD, all their role players are specialists basically with the exception of D-Lo and he can’t play no damn defense, Reeves barely can either and THEY WERE STARTING. 🤣🤣🤣🤣 Why you think Vanderbilt was so important to that team? They had nobody for Murray or for any guard of that caliber. Nobody is hating on the Lakers I wanna see them do better. And giving an old washed up player 150+ max contract and firing ANOTHER COACH (9 times LeQueen got a coach fired, Lakers have had 4 in like 7 years) is not smart. Look at Mike Malone, he didn’t win anything til he was deep in years coaching Denver. Not every rookie HC can just come into the league and get wins. And Ham was a ROOKIE HC who made it to the WCF his 1st year and helped LeQueen get that rinky dink In-Season trophy. You are being led by the LeMedia to lay blame on everyone else besides the superstar & face of the franchise who makes the big money and calls most of the shots. 🤡🤣

    I have a very unique perspective on Darvin Ham. When he coached the Albuquerque Thunderbirds his team practiced at Cleveland High School in Rio Rancho NM. I worked at the school as the Night Lead Custodian before leaving and becoming a railroader after he left for Lakers in 2011. I got to know Darvin on a personal leave level. My son sat in on a lot of the practices and met the team over the couple years while he was the coach. Darvin gave my son season tickets to the Thunderbirds at no cost and close to bench, it’s was awesome. In his last year of coaching the Thunderbirds, Darvin brought in Rasheed Wallace to one of his practices, and that was so cool to meet him. Darvin is one of the nicest guy you could ever meet. My son got to do shoot arounds with Darvin and the team and made many friendships during this time. Darvin got my son and I tickets to the Lakers game in Phoenix in January of 2011 when he was an assistant coach under Phil Jackson and my son got to meet Kobe after the game. It was so cool because Kobe remembered meeting me in June of 1997 at an autograph signing right after his rookie year. He asked me if I still had my shoes he signed and I said, “of course of I do, I’ll keep those forever.” I wish my friend the best and I hope he keeps coaching in the NBA and I get to see him again down the road.

    Two winning seasons and playoff appearances including a Conference Finals. So.... unless you get an NBA Championship with a roster you inherited and you don't have nearly the level of authority and control a normal Head Coach has you're fired. Talk about setup for failure. Disclaimer: I'm a Laker fan and a LeBron fan. Jesus though at this point the Lakers would just be as well letting LeBron run the team fully. Be upfront, let him draft Bronny, let him hire whatever coach/players and blame it all on LeBron if it goes wrong.

      Forget the fact that most of the Laker roster wanted Ham out time & again. Forget Ham's glaring mistakes for all to see. Forget many players claiming Ham's questionable plays & even not knowing what to do in situations. Forget all of that, it's BRON'S fault. Riiight 🙄

    From a historical and financial standpoint, the Lakers should draft Bronny or sign him for one season if he goes undrafted. Would be the first father/ son duo to play in NBA history, financially, ppl would watch h those games just to see Lebron and Bronny on the court, wether they’re fans and want to see them succeed or haters and want to see them fail, either way the Lakers would cash in and imagine if by some chance they make playoffs and win a championship, but that’s on the far end of the spectrum.

    This is the most ridiculous decision because there was no way the Lakers were going to beat the Denver Nuggets. I don’t care if they had Phil Jackson on the bench, no one can stop Nikola Jokic. Also, the Lakers roster has 2 big gaps that they need to address: 1. They need a bench scorer, someone who can hit 3s and average at least 13 points per game. 2. They also need a true point guard that will settle them down and get the ball into AD in the post. He doesn’t have to be a starter but he needs to be able to play for at least 20 minutes a night.

    The hand writing was on the wall! When the teams two stars don’t like the coach, his days are numbered. You would have to be nuts to want to coach the Lakers. Lebron is uncoachable. Lebron is going to do what Lebron wants to do, regardless of coaching!

    I disagree with the negative comments about Darvin Ham. He did well considering his inexperience and what was given to him to work with. Coaches always get the blame for the team failures. His contract has not expired so at least he'll get paid and he will find another coaching job eventually.

    One thing I don't quite follow is the constant refrain that the Nuggets somehow 'downgraded' after Bruce Brown and Jeff Green moved on to better situations for them (and good for them!). However, the minutes the Nuggets have gotten from Payton Watson, Reggie Jackson, and Christian Braun seem more than solid. PWat is a better defender than Jeff simply due to young fresh legs and Reggie is actually a better PG, as a 'floor general', than Bruce Brown is and Braun brings fire and energy every time he gets on the court. I, honestly, believe the Nuggets are just as good as they were last year from a talent and proven ability level in their 7 man rotation as last year and, barring injury, that is really all that matters in the playoffs.

    As a Lakers fan I think we’re too high on Rui as an organization. He’s good and a key piece off the bench but that’s all he should be looked at as. I saw way too many missed open shots, bad shots, and blown assignments from Rui this series. When he’s hot he’s great for us but when he’s not I’d rather Vando take the bulk of his minutes when healthy

    • @kdubb6
      @kdubb6 17 дней назад

      @@DonaldHaston I agree but if say retool more than rebuild. Not enough time left in Bron to go for a full rebuild. Our main concern is our need for an attacking guard that can create and shoot. It’s been the Lakers weakness since back when Kobe was still playing
