Champion and Tactician (her second skillset) are both standard jobs in this hack, neither of them have special jobs. Wheel Formation (haste all allies) is a Tactician skill and requires the user to be inflicted with Don't Move in order to use it. I think she's wearing shoes here that apply Don't Move so you can do it right at the start. I probably set her up this way in order to help Ramza with the 1v1, but it was a long time ago so I'm not sure on the details.
