This man already knew as soon as that ball came to him that it'd suck in the surrounding opposition, leaving an easy pass for a wide open shot. You can teach alot of things, but some shit just comes natural...
Kind of convinced that he wasn’t actually looking at the ball during its flight, but keeping an eye on KCP defender to see if he’s open the entire time.
That 3 over AD at the end of the 3rd quarter just never gets old. The call is classic. "OHHHH it's good! Of COURSE it goes in! Jokic from downtown! Anthony Davis just stares at him!"
If you watch him, these are the most skilled and complete basketball highlights you could ask from a basketball player. Actual highlights. He is leading his team, getting tough buckets and making the defence look helpless. How anyone could say they’re more entertained by Tatum jacking up 3’s is beyond 😂

What makes Jokic such a threat on the offensive end is that he's not only an elite passer but quite a deadly scorer himself. And his defense has improved dramatically over the years too!
You can see it on AD's face after Jokic hit that 3rd quarter buzzer beater. It's like "ok he's beaten me off the dribble, he's beaten me in the post, he's hit every pass to a cutter or shooter, and now he's going to bury a 3 with my hand in his face, no really what the fuck am I supposed to do with him?"
And some people still has a nerve to call him boring. I actually liked that they give to Embid the regular season MVP because I believed that would inspired Jokic to win western conference playoffs MVP and finals MVP which he did while also getting his first ring. It that's gonna be the case in years to come let it be, give someone else MVP and than let Jokic win the chip with playoffs and finals MVP. Even though Embid won MVP 2023 will be remembered as Joker year because he broke several records in post season which will be super hard for anyone to break exept the man itself in years to come but it won't be easy even to him to break some of these. Sebia now have two legit Jokers NoleJoker and NikolaJoker. Best tennis player in history and best big man in basketball.
I'm really happy for the veterans, Ish, uncle Jeff, Reggie Jackson, Deandre for finally getting a chip. Really happy for Gordon as well since that man's been wronged so many times in his career.
hands down the most rewarding and hardest ring to get since Dirk solo carried Dallas against the Heat super team. The Wolves had the best interior sector with KAT and Gobert; the Suns had a super team with Durant, Paul, booker and Ayton; the Lakers had Lebron and AD and just beat the former winner; the Heat had taken down the Bucks and the Celtics and Butler seemed unbeatable. But Jokic is just the best player in the NBA this decade.
Joker is the best Center in the NBA since Shaq... Now I can put him among the Legends: Bill Russell, Wilt, Kareem, Moses Malone, Hakeem, Shaq and Jokic...
I think of Jokic as having the key Jedi trait -- i.e., he can predict the future, how things will happen (e.g., anticipate 2-3 plays before they happen)
Out of all the opponents, I think Heat gave Jokic the hardest time. Great team defense as well as individual defense (Bam did a great job overall). It's just that Jokic (and his team) simply has better offense. Historic run throughout the postseason.
He breathes basketball, that's a complete understanding of the game, movements and fundamentals. He knows where to get the ball to as soon as he gets doubled. What a beast
He played his ass off all year. This guy is truly just awesome to watch! He definitely deserved MVP again man, not embiid. He sets a new historic PER rating like every year, his team was #1 in the west as well. Loved watching him ball on the big stage, he definitely gave us a show.
this man is the best big man i have ever seen when it comes to his ability to pass the ball. my god is he special lol, and he's only 28.........he's got a lot more to show us.
God, these plays were he recognizes opportunities in a split second, like at 5:05 , signals to Brown, go fast, the defense is mixed up, and it leads to that dunk in transition.
This guy is the next Larry Bird. ....if you're not old enough to remember him, he was special like this. Great basketball IQ and a sense of team fundamentals.
This guy has big potential to become greater all time player than Larry Bird. Larry Bird was known for his 3 point shooting, well, Jokic in his play off career averages 41,2% from deep on more 3 point attemps per game than Bird while Bird averages maybe 35,6% or something like that on less 3 point attemps. Amd that's not even the greatest weapon of Jokic's game. Larry was also known for his incredible passing, but he averages 6,3 assists per game, Jokic averages 7,3 assists per game in his career. Larry Bird averages 24 points in his play off career, Jokic averages 27,5 points in his play off career. Larry only averages more steals and he is better from the free throw line. Jokic beats him in every other aspect of the game. Honestly, as great as Larry was, I've never seen the best version of Larry to play soo great basketball like Jokic did this year... Jokic can definitely become better player than Larry when it's all set and done. The man can be in GOAT conversation.

Jokic does not have a crossover like Hakeem Hakeem has a more polished post with the Dream Shake, although Jokic little hook shot in the paint is highly effective Hakeem is the Greatest Shot Blocker Jokic is not Hakeem is one of the greatest Defenders Ever and can guard the Post and the perimeter, Jokic is not Hakeem has blocked 3 point shots, Jokic no Hakeem has some of the Greatest footwork for a center ever...this shown by his handles, crossovers, spin moves, fakes, and the agility to block shots and 3s Hakeem is the only Center listed in the top 10 ever in Steals. Jokic no Hakeem can control the game on both sides of the ball, Jokic controls the game only on the Offensive side with his scoring and passing. People are putting too much premium on the offensive side of the ball instead of diving into every single skillset on both Offense and Defense If you go down the list, Hakeem was more skilled Jokic just does a couple of things really great and it is mostly on the offensive side of the ball.

It’s crazy this man can do anything in the offensive side of the ball. So many tall players want to be guards but the future should be post players with dribbling skills and amazing passing. Every 7fter should model their offensive game like jokic.
He faced up against KAT, Gobert, Ayton, AD & Bam to get a ring. Regardless of the seeding this year, those are certified big men. Not his fault Giannis or Embiid couldn’t make it 🤷🏾♂️ that’s a tough chip. And with NO all star teammates. Sheesh
Jamal Murray damn near averaged 26pts, 6ast, 5rbs, 1stl, 90% ft, 40% 3pt, near 50% fg his last 2 playoff runs. Might not be an All star but that mufo hooping better than a lot of them. Jokic is that guy but Jamal averaged 21 & 10 this series. You make it sound like it’s Lebron in 2007 or 2017.
Tbh I don’t look too hard into the whole idea of no allstar teammates. The game is saturated with hella guards, guys like Murray and Brunson are better basketball players than a lot of folks but they still didn’t make the allstar team.
Murray is definitely at the allstar level. And all these bigs were pathetic (Gobert, Ayton... are you kidding me?), saved by Davis. You can consider them "certified" by looking at the current standards, the no touch era, how the level of play got weaker... but none of them were really a decent matchup, only Davis could fight in 1v1, but it doesn't matter because of the free zones Jokic will simply read the defense and destroy Davis with playmaking. Under the current rules, Jokic is literally unstoppable, it's like Jordan taking advantage of 1v1 back when zones were prohibited, nothing you can do to contain these dudes
@@RRRRRRRRR33 Murray has never been an all star. It's like watching a wizard play. All of his shots hitting, his passes on point. Such an efficient player
Ya it's weird? It's definitely stuff we've never seen before and extremely effective
@@cappy2282 and whats strange is that he looks like an awkward player. Doesnt move very fast but he gets to his spots. Cant jump very high but he outrebounds all others. Has some weird looking shots but they go IN!
1:15 - this man is the basketball equivalent of "never let em know your next move" like wtf was that pass🤯
Most players in that situation just go for the hoop. This man already knew as soon as that ball came to him that it'd suck in the surrounding opposition, leaving an easy pass for a wide open shot.
You can teach alot of things, but some shit just comes natural...
This 👆. His read of the opponents defence is phenomenal!
Kind of convinced that he wasn’t actually looking at the ball during its flight, but keeping an eye on KCP defender to see if he’s open the entire time.
This dude is actually insane. What a legend.
Pure poetry and artistry. . . My GOSH.
The greatest all-round player of all time !. The greatest all-round player of all time !.
That 3 over AD at the end of the 3rd quarter just never gets old. The call is classic. "OHHHH it's good! Of COURSE it goes in! Jokic from downtown! Anthony Davis just stares at him!"
He change the game.. the new Center Point Guard.
An mvp that actually brought the most value to his team
Ain't that the truth
Dude earned Brown 20+ mill per year deal 🤣
Jokic will be the new nba legend
Didn’t take it serious until I saw the comparison with 99 Shaq. Can’t believe we witnessed this 👏🏽
If you watch him, these are the most skilled and complete basketball highlights you could ask from a basketball player. Actual highlights. He is leading his team, getting tough buckets and making the defence look helpless. How anyone could say they’re more entertained by Tatum jacking up 3’s is beyond 😂
Hell yeah 🎉🎉🎉
Tatum jacking up 3s… now THAT is boring!!

@@dragicaandrejevic2060 seen you everywhere. So you're a coach huh? Ass comment
One of the most epic highlight reels I've seen
MAJOR HEAT FAN. Jokic is one in million! Rather lose to a great team.
When you're more surprised when he didn't get a triple double than when he does.😅 2 levels above everyone else in the NBA right now. Not even close.
Really happy for Gordon as well since that man's been wronged so many times in his career.
best passing big man ever
My eternal MVP Nikola Goatic
Lol Ya he just wins 10 straight MVPs (that would be crazy)
hands down the most rewarding and hardest ring to get since Dirk solo carried Dallas against the Heat super team.
Lmao you’re kidding me…he had a loaded team and beat THREE play-in teams. Absolute cake walk championship.
He is an underappreciated big man. A big man who knows the court well and his team mates positions. Only a few big men can do what he does.
He is the first and only big man who can do what he does. We have never seen a big passing and orchestrating like he does
no one can do what he does
Nope. Nobody other can do all those things that Jokic does. And Inot just talking about centers, but basketball players in general.
Name another one like him
Insane passing while putting up bucket after bucket
This is the best basketball I have ever seen.
Joker is the best Center in the NBA since Shaq... Now I can put him among the Legends: Bill Russell, Wilt, Kareem, Moses Malone, Hakeem, Shaq and Jokic...
This man is Magic!! Already established as an all time great
10:16 I will never understand how Jokic got that ball to go in, the way AD looks at him is exactly how i'd feel looking at that shot
My glorious king 👑
And they call Jokić boring, this is fun to watch
I think of Jokic as having the key Jedi trait -- i.e., he can predict the future, how things will happen (e.g., anticipate 2-3 plays before they happen)
Correct 💯
Well deserved 🏆💍
This could easily be the greatest championship run of all time. 👏👏👏
Out of all the opponents, I think Heat gave Jokic the hardest time. Great team defense as well as individual defense (Bam did a great job overall). It's just that Jokic (and his team) simply has better offense. Historic run throughout the postseason.
They did a great job at closing off his passing lanes and forcing him to turn the ball over, but even then he still had great stats lol
Heat was by far the best team in playoffs after Nuggets
still 4-1 lol
The Volley Ball pass in a Basketball game is so fun to watch. its one of Jokers signature passes.
Seriously like every other play he does something that makes me think damn I doubt anyone else could do what jokic does.
Hope this man finaly gets his superstar whistle next season...
i could watch this nuggets team all day long omg.....and i started watching NBA for giannis and stayed for Jokic
this man is the best big man i have ever seen when it comes to his ability to pass the ball. my god is he special lol, and he's only 28.........he's got a lot more to show us.
God, these plays were he recognizes opportunities in a split second, like at 5:05 , signals to Brown, go fast, the defense is mixed up, and it leads to that dunk in transition.
He reads 3, 5 plays in advance, it's like Chris Paul suddenly became a giant
If anyone ever says Jokic is mid, show them this video cause ain't nobody playing like this.
who's saying he's mid? this is an all-time dominant playoff run. he didn't have a single bad game this postseason.
It Is Two Comments.
The real MVP!
The greatest all-round player of all time !
He is on track of becoming a top center of all time player and highly skilled but he is not the greatest all round player of all time.
He might be the second
@@peterguidry6084 in terms of pure skill he is best center of all time imo.He can shoot 3s,best center passer ever for sure, good at rebounds, his stamina is insane, idk if there is any other center in history with playmaking iq as jokic,he got better at defense this season aswell. All he needs now are chips tbh
@milandjukic4583 if it is pure skill, Jokic would have to pass Hakeem Olajuwon for most skilled and I don't know if he has done that yet.
Jokic is a better passer
Jokic might have a little better FG%
Jokic can shoot the 3...Hakeem can also but was not asked to do it very often
Both can shoot the Freethrow
Both can score
Hakeem has a fadeaway jumper
Jokic has a somber Shuffle
Both can shoot mid range jumpers
Hakeem has a step back jumper, Jokic does not
Hakeem Spin moves are faster and more effective
Hakeem has better handles, Jokic has handles but in a half court set, he needs to dribble slowly and use his size to edge pass or creep closer to the paint
Hakeem could cross players over nasty.
Jokic does not have a crossover like Hakeem
Hakeem has a more polished post with the Dream Shake, although Jokic little hook shot in the paint is highly effective
Hakeem is the Greatest Shot Blocker
Jokic is not
Hakeem is one of the greatest Defenders Ever and can guard the Post and the perimeter, Jokic is not
Hakeem has blocked 3 point shots, Jokic no
Hakeem has some of the Greatest footwork for a center ever...this shown by his handles, crossovers, spin moves, fakes, and the agility to block shots and 3s
Hakeem is the only Center listed in the top 10 ever in Steals. Jokic no
Hakeem can control the game on both sides of the ball, Jokic controls the game only on the Offensive side with his scoring and passing.
People are putting too much premium on the offensive side of the ball instead of diving into every single skillset on both Offense and Defense
If you go down the list, Hakeem was more skilled
Jokic just does a couple of things really great and it is mostly on the offensive side of the ball.
Playoff Jokic is different man. He absolutely cooked everybody.
Ova ekipa ce se pamtiti...Denver...❤❤❤
If we went by tier lists, Jokic is on path to becoming an S tier player. His last 3 year with historic efficiency capped off by a legendary, all time great playoff run is cementing his status amongst the greats. Bringing the maiden title to a historically inept franchise is cherry on top imo.
The Path? He's the best player in the world. If he's not an S tier player who is
I mean he easily has a top 10 peak in nba history, and he can climb up the ladder in the next few years. He’s only 28.
Ya Jokic is very definition of "a franchise altering player" (Duncan is the only other player I can compare him to in terms of attitude/low maintenance Super star)
@@bigsmall2842 top 10 peak? Nah dude. Mj, Kareem, shaq, bron, bird, Duncan, magic, Hakeem etc had better peaks
@@jasonmoukala8909 not so sure about that...compare their stats and accomplishments by the age of 28, you can make an argument he's more accomplished than Shaq, Hakeem and his strengths are just as good if not better than Magic and Duncan's
Basketball is simple game when plays Nikola Jokić.
Jokic and Nuggets schooled NBA media (Shaq and Barkley believed in them tho 👍).
Nuggets about to win at least 3 chips
people that call this man boring literally don't like basketball and are just telling on themselves.
AG is the perfect lob threat for Joker. Guy can jump out of the building and catch anything.
He’s an enigma
..secret ,wrapped in a riddle, inside of an enigma🃏
nice to see a humble mega talented guy who didnt care about his brand, his stats (which were amazing ) his social media status no just was better than everyone with his smarts so refreshing . Hope they win again and Im a Celtics fan and wow watching him play after watching the celtics jack up 3 after 3 brick and dribble nonsensically into double and triple teams was beautiful . Also he turned his ankle in game 4 and played through and was awesome . Jason Tatum turned his in game 7 and spent the whole game grimacing in pain to the camera wouldnt have mattered anyway jaylon brown and the crew kept bricking 3s but the celtics coach thought that was cool. Also so glad the jimmy butler thing is over give it a break
Game 4 vs Lakers brought out the most competitive version of Jokic! Look at the emotion! 13:20
I'm not a big sports fan at all, but watching Joker play w/his amazing team members is on a whole other dimension
Gordon is perfect for this team
Jokic is must-see basketball. Young bigmen of today should be watching him and Tim Duncan if they really want to be good.
Superb highlights, Bleacher Report. This is a keeper.
Undisputed GOAT
Jokic, the best volleyball passer on the planet on top of the best passer.
Simply artistry!
Jokic it the ultimate punisher for ball watching defenders.
Great video. 👍👍👍👍👍 thumbs, I can watch this for hour and hours.
The joker make it look so Easy. He is the real MVP of the play off and the regular season.
Congratulations to the Denver Nuggets
This how you built a basketball team from ground up.
So amazing performance
13:35 ICONIC MOMENT 🃏👑
he's playing on a tier of his own in this moment in the nba
Every lob pass to Gordon is right at the rim it’s absurd the accuracy is insane.
You are or you aren’t. & I don’t care what
your opinion on them is , the fact remains that Ayton is one of the highest paid centers, young, and athletic. Gobert was DPOY and in those conversations for the past couple years. People say KAT is one of the
Best offensive 5’s today. 🤷🏾♂️ before you try and discredit him, come correct.
Everyone has the same advantage of getting calls if that’s your excuse. But the truth is, all these Athletic 5’s let Jokic COOK them 😮💨
@@isaiahgarcia8881 Mate, even Joakim Noah was an allstar, this doesn't mean much. Murray had one hell of a playoffs run, the guy improved in every category, a pure shot maker who averaged 7 assists per game? That's crazy. He scored 30 points in just one half against the Lakers, the guy caught fire in the right moment. The level of play among bigs is not that great, Jokic, Giannis and Embiid had a lot of impact, but if you compared the next bigs, they don't get even close, there's a huge gap of talent. Gobert is a complete joke, the fact he won multiple DPOYs is a legit stain in the league, the guy is ridiculed by the own players, constantly exposed in the playoffs. Do you really think Gobert is a legit matchup? Regardless, 1v1 or helping, he can't even bother Jokic. They are more athletic and they got raped, yes, it happens, just watch Larry Bird humiliating Dominique, skill beats athleticism any day
