Scallion Bread Rolls | Classic Asian Bread Rolls Recipe

Recipe
200g bread flour (12~13% protein)
30g sugar
2g salt
6g fresh yeast (2g instant dry yeast)
34g eggs
94g water
20g unsalted butter
100g green onions
15g eggs
30g olive oil
1~2g salt
0.5g white pepper
white sesame seeds (as you like)
Baking: 220°C → 8~10 minutes
