How to Give Privileges to Users in Oracle 19C | Quota on Default Tablespace | PDB user accessibility

Oracle 19C has PDB user that does not have access to work on database, We need to give privileges to the user to create table and to insert the values into the table. In this video Dr.Vipin described how to grant privileges to the user to make it work properly.

I created a user amara with password amara123 in orclpdb and have granted it create session priviledges but when I want to connect with the user to create table I have this error: ORA-12154: TNS:could not resolve the connect identifier specified. How would Iresolve this?

It means you don't have pluggable database's entry in your tns file. Kindly check and update the tns entry.
