I followed your excellent explanation but I received : ORA-12154: TNS:could not resolve the connect identifier specified
ORA-65048: error encountered when processing the current DDL statement in
pluggable database ORCLPDB
Please help sir, i have successfully login with new user , now i want to give create, update priviledges but getting this error message
RESPECTABLE SIR HOW TO CONNECT VIA SYSDBA USER IN PDB AS WHEN I TRY TO CONNECT USING PDB IT RAISE ERROR TNS COULD NOT RESOLVE THE CONNECT IDENTIFIER
CONN / AS SYSDBA IT LOG ME IN AS CDB$ROOT

try to register a new database in tnsnames.ora and fill the service name with your pdb named that you created
Hi Dr.Vipin, my issue is, can not login as SQL> conn skills/skill@PDB1
ERROR:

and also can not connect from sqldeveloper but
SQL> conn skills/skill@10.xx.xx.xx:1521/PDB1
