    RESPECTABLE SIR HOW TO CONNECT VIA SYSDBA USER IN PDB AS WHEN I TRY TO CONNECT USING PDB IT RAISE ERROR TNS COULD NOT RESOLVE THE CONNECT IDENTIFIER

      try to register a new database in tnsnames.ora and fill the service name with your pdb named that you created

    Hi Dr.Vipin, my issue is, can not login as SQL> conn skills/skill@PDB1
    ERROR:
    ORA-12154: TNS:could not resolve the connect identifier specified
    Warning: You are no longer connected to ORACLE.
    and also can not connect from sqldeveloper but
    SQL> conn skills/skill@10.xx.xx.xx:1521/PDB1
    Connected.
