@@proudindian192 hello friend, Hinduism didn't destroy Buddhism or Jainism. If it did then can you answer why Hindu kings were patrons in spreading our Sanatan Dharma(Hinduism, Buddhism, Jainism) through Buddhist monks all over Asia. It was the arrival of Islam. Many migrated to Tibet, Nepal, Lanka and surrounding places. Many were converted to Muslims. The Muslims of India didn't come from Turkey or Arabia, they were converted.

Hindu philisophy and Buddhist philosophy both contradicts.
And yes it was the hindu kings who destroyed buddhisam in india and capture , destroyed or converted most of their monastry or temples into today's hindu temples.

@@Amit-mt9ko this is the problem with indian education , most people don't know what happened in history ,or either they blame British or Mughals , but no one blame hindu forces which was the actual reason behind the decline of buddhisam in india , that's why they don't teach this in history , if teaches then there can be blunder all over india ,but still in this internet era ,everyday more and more people are learning by using internet .
I can't explain everthing here bcz it's a more than 1000 years long struggle between two powers untill one is completely wiped out ,one of which based on equality among people but other based on division between people which can be seen today easily .
But giving you few examples that , today most of the ancient hindu temple is either direct conversion of Buddhist temple with Buddha statue still their as in the form of god or made on destruction of Buddhist temples and monastry. Few examples are jagannaath puri , somnath , Purneshwara , someshara and many more temples can be identify they were used to buddhist temples, untill few years ago even Mahabodhi temple of bodha gaya were under the control of Brahmanical forces till it liberated from them.
And the ultimate example of hate is between two was , the Mahabodhi tree under which lord Buddha got nirvana ,cut 2 times , once by kattar hindu king pushyamitra shunga in 2 century bce and 2nd time by king Shashanka in 6-7 century AD., This is the fourth generation of Mahabodhi tree.
people can kill others while you hate someone , but how can someone cut or destroy those invaluable treasures which can't be made possible back.??

@@merohit121 I think whomever created this structure was a little closer genetically to the gods. Either that or there's some lost technology somewhere.
Let's say you were to map out a simple square on a rounded but rough boulder. You would have to draw said square on a 3d rough surface before your chisel came out. I have watched sculptors sculpting a head. They chip away at it... If they make error(human trait) they can compensate.
This is no square on an uneven surface. Its a complicated multifaceted three dimensional sculpture. Smooth to the touch originally judging by areas less exposed to erosion on a rock that must measure 8 on the hardness scale with no errors and geometrically perfect.. 3d printer technology. I think a team of top international stone masons and sculptors should examine this sight and throw some ideas out there. It's difficult to move on when there's such a huge gap in who, why and when this was created.
Once the builders are gone... Any ol fool can walk in there and claim it as theirs and hence forth corrupt the history books.

@@lallyoisin I appreciate your interest and your likings to the Indian architecture (I'm Indian). I followed you on one of the other threads and actually I defended you against someone. Anyways, what I am getting at is that I understand that you are alluding to the Lost Civilizations theory (maybe by Graham Hancock). However, in the case of Kailash temple, it is a rock cut architecture and Hindu, Buddhist and Jain deities are there which are definitely not 12000 years old especially the Buddhist and Jains. And even if Hinduism or Sanatan Dharma, the style of this temple does not look to be 12000 years old but 2000. But, yes, I want investigation to be done on these things (related to the aforementioned theory) especially Barabar caves in Bihar, in case you don't know about it. Archeology and the study of history does not look to be 100% concrete at all.

I can also say my own theory! Theories are just theories, they never say facts nor the true history! It is just to defame others and have control over them or to show their attitude! This architecture style is similar to Badami Chalukya’s, Hoysalas and Pallava dynasty architecture. It is not that different. It was built by Rashtrakuta dynasty (official language: kannada) and capital was Manyaketha in Kalaburagi district of Karnataka. This was built around 7th century only during their rule. @@killerwhale9327 that's definitely true. Look at the Indica by megasthenes, it describes how things like the caste system was in india before it was misused by foreign powers who clearly didn't understand it. Something that was bad for the people or unjust in any way would not have been able to survive for 5000 years, yet we blindly believe it was a terrible thing because the british told us so. Hinduism and Buddhism once spread all the way to egypt and greece though the seleucid kingdom connections to greece and the polemic kingdoms of egypt. All destroyed and extinct today. India was the only place Jews never faced any discrimination. India was never homophobic or even ever saw the LGBTQ+ community as abnormal. In fact in the Mahabharat 19 major characters were gay. We had the oldest universities in the world, north india was once the center of civilization and culture in asia, and once regularily had 25% of the entire global economy, getting 8 tonnes of gold from rome alone each DAY. Yet all that legacy is gone and destroyed now by foreigners "bringing civilization" to us primitives. Our religion and culture is distorted. Britain alone took a very very minimum of 45 trillion USD from taxes ALONE.
Its not right to blame or be angry at people today because its not their fault the actions of their ancestors, not is it right to blame religions. Instead we should see our own greatness and strive to better ourselves and try to reclaim what we lost, instead of trying to become like everyone else.

not really, perfectly calculated would be if an exact number of pillars and support was made to hold the structure. The ancient world met this by making extra pillars and support than needed so calculations wouldnt be needed. Since it was a king, funds were not really as much of an issue.

@Awoken Truther Hm? How was my comment negative in any way? I was simply trying to correct a misunderstanding everyone seems to be having, its not an insult. I never disagreed that there are calculations made, but people take it a step further to say things like, "This is impossible to build today" or "we lost this capability" which isn't really true. I don't think having a correct viewpoint should diminish the majesty and wonder of these temples, i didn't talk about this because from the video it is plain to see how amazing it is. I just wanted people to admire what is actually amazing about this, which is the perfect geometry and the calculations and measurement and planning needed for that. People are talking about things they don't know about like the construction being perfectly designed, which unless you are a civil engineer cant really talk about right... Admiring the wrong things about something for me is a greater insult on the people's work, because there is less respect for what they truly did amazingly right?

These consist of 12 Buddhist (caves 1-12), 17 Hindu (caves 13-29) and 5 Jain (caves 30-34) caves, each group representing deities and mythologies prevalent in the 1st millennium CE, as well as monasteries of each respective religion. They were built close to one another and illustrate the religious harmony that existed in ancient India.

Later some Hindu kings reclaimed the ones usurped by Buddhists. Some built new temples of harmony too. All kinds of things happened during Buddhist era. @@proudindian192 It is one of the largest rock-cut Hindu temple cave complexes in the world, featuring Hinduism in particular and few Buddhist and Jain monuments with Artwork dating from the 600-1000 CE period.[1][2] Cave 16 features the largest single monolithic rock excavation in the world, the Kailash temple, a chariot shaped monument dedicated to Lord Shiva. The Kailash temple excavation also features sculptures depicting the gods, goddesses found in Hinduism as well as relief panels summarizing the two major Hindu Epics.
These caves are located on the southern side and were built either between 630-700 CE,[60]or 600-730 CE.[61] It was initially thought that the Buddhist caves were the earliest structures that were created between the fifth and eighth centuries, with caves 1-5 in the first phase (400-600) and 6-12 in the later phase (650-750), but modern scholars now consider the construction of Hindu caves to have been before the Buddhist caves.[61][62]The earliest Buddhist cave is Cave 6, then 5, 2, 3, 5 (right wing), 4, 7, 8, 10 and 9,[60] with caves 11 and 12, also known as Do Thal and Tin Thal respectively, being the last.[

Kailash temple is the largest monolithic temple in the world (ie.whole mountain is a single rock and that temple is carved in it).I am very lucky that it is located near my home 😇
Edit: there are near about hundred, caves 34 of which are open to public. These consists of 12 Buddhist caves,17 Hindu caves(kailash temple is 16th cave) and 5 Jain caves.

Lol, this temple was built by ancient Kerala Kings. Ancient Kerala King Vikramaditya built this temple. Kannada Kings never ruled over Maharashtra. This temple is atleast 6000 yrs old, no Kannada Kings exis ted back then. No Kannada king has ever ruled over Maharashtra. Keep your Kannada lies and pro paganda with you. The Kannada inscriptions on this temple are all fa ke made up of copper and are only 150 yrs old created by the Bri tish. Ancient Kerala King Vikramaditya taught Kannadigas all the architecture and the architecture style. Learn real history and not kannada pro paganda.

She looks very beautiful, even if she is gray, like Petra in Jordan, which adds to her beauty the most wonderful pink color And most importantly, the splendor of calm that you enjoy by conveying the image in all its details, as if I were watching it closely with you I congratulate you on this creativity and calmness. Thank you very much, and I wish you success and peace

Dont compare this structure with sand stone carved walls like petra . This is the largest rock cut monolithic structure in the world from top to bottom carved from a basalt mountain
