Join with me and Sherlock the bichon frise as we ran/walked at a wonderfully autumnal Keswick parkrun.
Includes the moment Harry Lancaster ran past us on the way to the 6th fastest parkrun in the UK today! 15:29!

It is indeed a flat route and almost all the distance is tarmac . Well done to all , especially to Becky for the good film .

It is slightly uphill going out and down on the way back but nothing massive
