    Light Rail is just a moving homeless shelter now. Smoking, drinking, vandalism and violent attacks are not unusual - it is the norm.

      Sounds like our New York Subways.Our bus transit is not so bad. Once in awhile a crazy random attack. Maybe the buses are the best way. Rail systems I like but they attract a lot of poor folks who need help
