    Chef of 30 years here,imo rare meats just not good,it's jelly like texture is unpleasant,medium rare yes,but I'd stear clear of rare meat

      Ive worked a range of michelin starred establishments in Stockholm, Sweden & Paris and the Burgundy region in France. Classical french to new nordic cuisine.

    The appetizers were a mess to eat and cutting the steak that thin is a dreadful idea. Based on those, I think I will pass.
